PROPOSED GREEN LUNGS DEVELAPMENT WORK AT RHB SEC 04 and 07 Park Development

Trenching in specified soil up to a depth of 60 cm. including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposal by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 metres and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and farm-yard manure before and after flooding with water (excluding cost of imported earth and sludge or farm-yard manure).

Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish (Maximum 150mm) by manual means and disposal at a lead of 50 metres as per MoRT&H specification clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken up to 5 km)

Supply and stacking good earth at site of work.

Carriage of materials mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking Earth upto 5 kms load.

Half brick circular tree guard, in 2nd class brick, internal diametre 1.25 metres, and height 1.2 metres, above ground and 0.20 metre below ground, bottom two courses laid dry, and top three courses in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement 6 sand) and the intermediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry, as per design complete.

Grassing with 'Doobs' grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed.

Preparation of beds for bedding and (shrubbary) hedge/ ground cover by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cms. Refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods & mixing with manure in the ratio 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% one parts of stacking volume of manure after reduction by 8% flooding with water filling with earth if necessary (Cost of manure or extra good earth i to be paid separately)

Supply and planting following in poly bags/ earthen pots well branched, well established & free from disease of 600 mm min. height shurbs at site in 0.45 m dia holes, 0.45 m deep dug in theground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, backfilling the hole watering etc as required.

Agave with 10-12 leaves (Kamal Cactus)

Supply and planting following species best quality container grown healthy trees of 2 mt. min. height, well established & free from disease at site in 0.90 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, backfilling the hole watering etc as required.
