Civil Works :

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Supply of ready-mixed premium exterior-grade acrylic emulsion paint of approved make such as Asian Paints Apex Ultima Exterior / Berger WeatherCoat Long Life / Nerolac Excel Anti-Peel Exterior or equivalent, conforming to the manufacturer’s specifications, delivered at site in original sealed containers, as directed and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of exterior-grade acrylic wall primer of approved make such as Asian Paints TruCare Exterior Wall Primer / Berger WeatherCoat Exterior Wall Primer / Nerolac Exterior Primer or equivalent, conforming to the manufacturer’s specifications, delivered at site in original sealed containers, as directed and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of synthetic enamel paint of approved make, such as Asian Paints Tractor Enamel / Berger Luxol High Gloss Enamel / Nerolac Synthetic Enamel, or equivalent, conforming to the manufacturer’s specifications, supplied at site in original, sealed and unopened containers, as directed and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on new work with acrylic smooth exterior paint, applied by electric-powered airless spray machine, in two or more coats @ 1.67 litres per 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer @ 2.20 kg per 10 sqm, to provide an even shade, including all leads and lifts, preparation of surface by cleaning and sandpapering, and making good of holes, gaps, patches, etc. with external-grade POP/exterior wall care putty or equivalent, complete as directed and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Supply of Acrylic smooth exterior paint and exterior primer shall be measured and paid for under separate item. No extra payment shall be made for painting on sand-faced or rough-cast plaster on exterior faces. Payment shall be made on the basis of the plain elevation area only.

Lettering work with synthetic enamel paint, in one or more coats, including all leads and lifts, preparation of surface by cleaning and sandpapering, and making good of holes, gaps, patches, etc. with external-grade POP/exterior wall care putty or equivalent, complete as directed and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Supply of Synthetic enamel paint shall be measured and paid for under a separate item. No extra payment shall be made for lettering/painting on sand-faced or rough-cast plaster on exterior faces. Payment shall be made on the basis of the plain elevation area only.

Painting on old work with synthetic enamel paint, applied by electric-powered airless spray machine, in one or more coats @ 0.70 litre per 10 sqm, to provide an even and uniform shade, including all leads and lifts, preparation of surface by cleaning and sandpapering, and making good of holes, gaps, cracks and patches with exterior-grade wall care putty or equivalent, complete as directed and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Supply Synthetic enamel paint shall be measured and paid for under a separate item. No extra payment shall be made for painting on sand-faced or rough-cast plaster on exterior faces. Payment shall be made on the basis of the plain elevation area only.

Note: Supply Acrylic smooth exterior paint shall be measured and paid for under separate items. No extra payment shall be made for painting on sand-faced or rough-cast plaster on exterior faces. Payment shall be made on the basis of the plain elevation area only.
