S&F machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning and joint filled with dry cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as spd and directed.

Fixing only machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of any size and shape over 25mm thick sand cushionand joint filled with dry cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed glazed and coloured chequered tiles of size 300 mm x 300mm x 22 mm thick laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in grey cement and pigments, including demolition of old chequered tiles of any description with bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed factory made PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg. as in precast kerb stone incl rounded chamfered edge and set in CM 1:4 including demolition of old PCC kerb stone of any description complete all as specified and directed. M&L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including demolition of old cement concrete in any description complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in haunching, coping , benching etc including demolition of old cement concrete in any description complete all as spd and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete or stone walls & ceilings, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and incl filling necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in cm (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtrs mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no. 23 here in before but except bricks. Old brick obtained from srl item 22 shall be used.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick in drain walls, walls etc in similar works built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in fdn/mass filling/drain sub base etc. concrete in posts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing to brick work built in cement mortar as in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. complete all as spd and as directed.

M & L for Flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) any section embeded below ground level with cement concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good and excavation & preparation of post holes removal of surplus exacvated material completed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing, wire mesh of any type, and in any position by unscrewing nuts, fillets, clamps or cutting of rivets, and welded portion complete all as spd and directed.

Material & labour for mild steel angle , flat iron as in post & strut including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165 including erection in ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15 mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as spd and directed.

S & F Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size and shape (Approved by Engineer-in Charge) including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards , rails , staining bolts, etc including provision of bindings wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire.

S & F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any of standard rails straining bolts including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stap-les or steel pins incl dismantling of old existing barbed wire in any position complete all as spd and directed.

S&F in repair for punched tape concertina coil of 600mm dia (type CBT-60-65) incl stretching of coil, laying on prepared base/ at the ht of 2.4mtr & above , and binding with angle iron, binding of coils with clips and binding wire as per manufacturer's instructions incl dismantling of old coil in any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter and complete all as specified.

S & F in repair mild steel rolled framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 -W, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete

S & F, in repair for providing precast conc. Jalies 35mm thick type B-O 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone agg and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spd and directed.

(Acrylic sheet make A Cast / Astari / Marka Cipta and stainless steel of grade A-ISI 304(1818) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix precast PCC square pole in repair of M-15 Grade of size 150 mm x 150 mm at bottom & 100 mm x 100 mm at top of 2.25 m height with square base of size 45cm x45cm x15cm and at top pentagonal shaped PCC jali cover all around on square base of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 7.5 mm made as per shape complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 1x18 watt CFL complete with all accessory complete all as specified and directed.
