Material and labour for ductile iron pipe 200 mm nominal bore with spigot and socketed end class K-7 suitable for rubber ring push on joints, laid in trenches, under the roads or fixed on walls with suitable clamps nuts bolts and washers including rubber ring joints all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Electro steel/Jindal/TATA Note : 1. The DI fitting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.2. Earth work will be measured and paid for separately.3. Rubber ring joints will be included in overall quoted rate.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe PN-10 of size 150 mm laid in trenches complete with fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe PN-10 of size 100 mm laid in trenches complete with fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation of poles etc. or for laying of pipes or cables including forming bottom surfaces to required level and slope and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for ISI marked CI/ductile iron fittings up to size 150 mm dia such as flanged and other socket or spigot joints with nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting of roads for laying of pipes including repair of roads by using cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix non returning valve(Reflux with by pass) with flanged both ends of size 150 mm dia bore class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900x900x900mm (Internal dimention) with brick work of sub class B old size brick built in cement mortar 1:4 and 10mm thickrendering on internal and exposed external surface and including 40x40x6mm mild steel angle frame 3.15 thick mild steel cover including painting steel and iron surface with two coats of black bitiminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. .

Supply and fix sluice valve of 400 mm dia class PN 1 confirming to IS14846-2000 suitable for 400mm bore pipe flanged end brass spindle , CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sluice valve of 200 mm dia class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sluice valve of 150 mm dia class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI Butterfly valve heavy grade size 100 mm dia class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of submercible rubber cable PVC 2.5 Sqmm, 8 core copper cable HR 120 deg C, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990 complete all as specified.

Note for Srl item No. 16 : The size of the panel shall be minimum width 1.25 m, height = 01 meter and depth = 0.4 metre, the panel shall be minimum 0.5 metre from ground level fixed on MS angle of min size 35mmx35mmx5mm. The drawing of the panel shall be got approved from the Engineer Charge

Excavation of area not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out muddy /semi solid sludge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (i) filter bed-10 Nos, size of filter bed-length-7.00M, Width-4.50M, Depth of muddy/Semi solid sludge to be removed : 1.5M., (i) 7x4.5x1.5x10=472.5CUM (ii) Oxidation pond -47x47x0.25M x2 = 1104.5 Cum., (iii) Sewage well - 3.14x3.5x3.5x1.5x4 =230.79 .Total sludge= 472.5+1104.5+230.79=1807.79CUM

Rough Excavation of area not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out muddy /semi solid sludge all as specied by Engr-in-Charge (sewage pumps-02 Nos and sewage collection sumps- 01No), Size of sewage sump :- Inner dia 7Mtr,Depth of muddy/semi solid sludge to be removed - 1.2Mtr, Qty of sludge =3.14x3.5x3.5x1.2x3=138Cum. Note :- for Item No Above (a) for cleaning of treated water collection pond eqpt and man power shall be employed by the contractor in such a manner that the cleaning is completed in all respect within two days. (b) Any damage caused to the tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost. (c) The contractor shall make the necessayu arrangements to block the incoming sewage pipe line of sewage sump and sewage collection sump before starting the above work and opening the sameafter cleaning the sump for which no extra payment will be made. (d) The contractor shall make the necessary arrangements for removing the sewage waste from mainholes nearest to the sewage sumps at the time of the cleaning of the sumps for which no extra payment will be made. (e) No extra payment will be made for transportation of pumping sets or any other machinery required for the above work. (f) The contractor shall dismantlingthe delivery line which is not working and deposited to MES yard for which no payment will be made.

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) wityh stranded aluminium conductor , 11000 volts grade of size 3.5 core 70 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to water circulation pump 0.5 to 02 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening the motor and (stater & rotor carefully and taking out burnt winding wire and Rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of ball bearings. Assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted, connection and testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of completion

Repair to water circulation pump 3HP to 5 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening the motor and (stater & rotorcarefully and taking out burnt winding wire and Rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of ball bearings. Assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of completion

Repair/Rewinding of Electric induction motor 7.5 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully and shifting to workshop and opening the electric motor rotar & stater. Rewinding the motor as per existing gauge of copper winding wire, varnish, insulation sleve and reassembling the motor shift at site and connecting, testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of completion

Repair/ Rewinding of sewage non clog submersible pump set 12.5 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully and shifting to workshop and opening the electric motor rotar & stater. Rewinding the motor as per existing gauge of copper winding wire, varnish, insulation sleve and reassembling the motor shift at site and connecting, testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of completion

Repair to Air compressor model UGRK220SR Make USHA of cap 20 HP of diffusers coarse bubble/nozzles including opening carefully and cleaning/repair/replacement rotary turn lobe air blower with air filter, silencer, gauger, safety valves, drive bearing and bearing (Gear side) Oil seal drive end long shaft and short shaft, lip seals gear and bearing cover, gasket gear cover and welding grinding & polishing drive rotor shaft assembly as per bearing size. Replacement the recommended oil grade and greasing and assembling and testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : one year warrenty after completion to be given by the contractor, any defects in the warrenty period to be repaired free of cost.

Earthing complete with galvanisedsteel earth plate electrode 60mm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, CI cover and frame, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary form work, excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. Note :- On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

M&L for framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shoulders and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guards bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, ailings,frame work of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for collection Raw water Chamber, MBBR and clarifier complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old paint from Drum RV Channel of tube seller inner tank and outer tank complete with the help of blow lamp, metallic surface sand emery paper complete surface clean and body welding. Repair body where required Making good surface with the help of red oxide primer and ready for paint. Painting complete inner and outer body of STP two coat of Red oxide paint and two coat of enamel paint with Air Compressor complete all as specified and and directed by EIC at 1x 3.375 MLD STP at LGJ.

Supply and replacement of CI impeller for 20 to 40 HP as per existing make and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair pump impeler shaft by filling of suitable material by welding and turning of pump shaft of capacity 20 HP to 40 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Jaggery for maintaining MBBR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Activated carbon with Iodine value 900 media for tertiary tank of 3.025m Dia and 2m height of sewage treatment plant including dismantling of the filter, removal of connecting pipes and valves , changing the media and refixing of the filter and connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing filter media for replacing in Activated carbon filter/Sand filter of 3.025m Dia and 2m height of tertiary treatment plant in a sewage treatment plant including dismantling of the filter, removal of connecting pipes and valves , changing the media and refixing of the filter and connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing fine silex quartz sand replacing in Activated carbon filter/ Sand filter of 3.025m Dia and 2m height of tertiary treatment plant in a sewage treatment plant including dismantling of the filter, removal of connecting pipes and valves , changing the media and refixing of the filter and connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing coarse silex quartz sand replacing in Activated carbon filter/ Sand filter of 3.025m Dia and 2m height of tertiary treatment plant in a sewage treatment plant including dismantling of the filter, removal of connecting pipes and valves , changing the media and refixing of the filter and connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pebbles 3/4" x 1/2" for replacing in Activated carbon filter of 3.025m Dia and 2m height of tertiary treatment plant in a sewage treatment plant including dismantling of the filter, removal of connecting pipes and valves , changing the media and refixing of the filter and connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pebbles 1" x 3/4" for replacing in Activated carbon filter / Sand filter of 3.025m Dia and 2m height of tertiary treatment plant in a sewage treatment plant including dismantling of the filter, removal of connecting pipes and valves , changing the media and refixing of the filter and connected items and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repairing of leakages CI/DI pipes of size 100 mm to 200 mm by replacing the Tees, bends, sockets and providing the other materials required at site such as lead joint, to complete the job including excavation and other earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (a) CI/DI bends, sockets and connected items will be measured and paid separately

Testing of STP Raw water and clear water from authorised laboratories to test the COD, BOD,TSS and O&G complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Test report in quatruplicate should be submitted to Engr-in-charge in each quarter of contract period.

M&L for following work included for cleaning of clarifier completely alongwith agitator and S&F in repairs aagitator with shaft,repairs to connected motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Dewatering of clarifier (ii) Scrubing of wall (iii) washing of wall with clear water,(iv) painting of iron parts complete. (vi) Agitator repair/replacement of bearing,bush, etc (vii) Motor winding.

S&F of LED Street light fitting pressure die costed aluminium with heat resistance tough and glass IP-65 protection of capacity 45W complete fixing on exisiting pole including electric connection all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F of Junction Box shall be insulated and made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced. The size should be not less then 200 X 160 X 98 in mm cat. Part no KF5255. The Polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The JB shall be rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The JBs shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60998-2-1, IEC 60670 –22 & IEC 60670 – 2-5. The JB color according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wir test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. Made of Hensel/Rittal or equivalent. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for CJB/PJB.

M&L PVC insulated PVC Sheathed multi stranded copper conductor wire 2.5 sqmm size single core complete for drawing through pole for making connection to street light fitting provided on poles upto junction box incl thimbles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying of galvanized iron pipe of 40/50 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts bolts washer or laid under road cutting or fixed to wall incl painting two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of street light fitting brackets 1.5 meter long made out of galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm dia with MS clamp size light grade suitable size for LED complete with nut bolts washers etc inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed and sand cover to under ground cable complete all as specified. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured only for payment purpose.)

Supply and laying old size as sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat in trenches over the cable along the length of cable and bricks perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent / abutting each other compete all as specified . and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping for electric poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using stone aggregate 20mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping for electric poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and erection in truly vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug bolt and screwed type 410 SP 31, 09 meter long class-10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white strip upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by engr-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
