Making 50 x 50mm furrows, 25mm deep 45 degree to the centre line of the road and at one metre interval in the existing thin bituminous wearing coarse including sweeping and disposal of excavated material within 1000 metres lead. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth 3 wheeledsteel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying andbrooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-II with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on granular base such as WBM and WMM surfaces not bitumen primed. Rate of application 10kg/10sqm.

Providing and laying open graded premixcarpet 20mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6 to 10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification

Providing and applying premixed seal coat Type `B' comprising of thin application of fine aggregate premix with bitumen binder in mini hot mix plant, carriage manually of mixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means infoundation trenches or drains (notexceeding 1.5m inwidth or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including gettingout the excavated soil and disposal ofsurplus excavated soil as directed, withina lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement : 5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for:Foundations , footings, bases ofcolumns ,etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:3:6 (1 cement:3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate)finished with a floating coat of neatcement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands , copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like including the cost of required centring, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete -Thermo - Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe 415 or more.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for th of pipe sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms,depth upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering , etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - All kinds of soil - Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80mm dia.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.6 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site ,lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment, including cost of solvent cement,UPVC specials such as bends, tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 75mm dia.

Providing & fixing GI pipes complete with GI fitttings and clamps including making good the walls etc. concealed pipe including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall - 20mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality - 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC moulded saddle set (Finolex/Jain)(0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete - 90 x 20mm dia
