M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth electrode 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washer etc made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth (in any type of strata) work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with CI frame, funnel, GI Pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 40 mm bore GI Pipe middium grade for protection and test point complete and making a good surface of existing PCC hard standing/surface area complete all as specified. Note:-Copper strip 20 x 3 mm upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate.

M&L for earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of strata, soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete making a good surface of existing PCC hard standing/surface area.

S&F Air Termination Single Pointed Aluminium Rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long with Galvanised Steel Tubing 40mm bore (dia), 1.50 Metre long, light grade including taking down old unserviceable air termination rod, provision of Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) Block 300x300x300mm and necessary Fixing Arrangement at Roof, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : If threaded of the GI Tubing is damaged then Contractor will be responsible for cutting of thread for fixing the GI Tubing.

S&F Galvanised Iron Tubing 40mm bore, light grade for Strip Protection, fixed in Walls/Floors with suitable type of Clamps, etc. including taking down unserviceable GI Tubing/Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: WPC shall be mixed as per manufacturers instructions & cost of WPC shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for rendring 15mm thick CM 1:6 on stone/brick/concrete masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified ans directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendring 10mm thick CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendring 5mm thick CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
