Erection of stay set complete : Supply of GI stay set, 5/8" X 5 feet, along with all accessories and fixing of stay set with stay insulator including excavation for stay pit and grouting by OB, Boulder and cement

Supply and erection of 11 KV grade Polymer disc insulator, ball and socket type, 70 KN for 11 KV overhead lines as required.

Supply and erection of 11 KV grade Polymer pin insulator, ball and socket type, 10 KN for 11 KV overhead lines as required.

Supplying of 3U bolt, ball and socket type tension hardware suitable for 11 KV disc insulator.

Dismantling of 9/11/13 m pole with bracket etc.

Dismantling of overhead line comprising of ACSR DOG conductor, GI Wire, cross arms, insulators etc as required.

Stringing of DOG conductor, including un-coiling from drum, transporting to site, laying of conductor along route, stringing and binding on insulators and jumpering.

Laying & Stringing of earth wire including supply of 8 SWG/4 mm G.I wire.

Erection of cradle guarding including supply of 8 SWG/4 mm G.I wire, fabrication of the cradle guard and fixing onto guarding channels.

Supplying and fixing of MS nut bolt of different size as required.

Fabrication of MS Channel/Angle/Flat for bracket or clamp as per requirement.

Earthing of G.I Earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with CL/MS cover plate hinged to frame, having locking arrangement and 20 mm dia. G.I. watering pipe- 2.7 m long with funnel etc. along with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip as earthing continuity conductor, including connection/ termination with GI nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. (@ 10m earth pit for 14 sets).

Note: The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 06 nos.
