Removing existing water proofing treatment what so ever exist (except concert padding) and removing debris/ rubbish materials off the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clan and washing down with water to remove dust & brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kgs of cement per sqm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster layer in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Slab horizontal or vertical portion for laying water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing RCC roof with folling specification :- (a) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.4 Liters/Sqm with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Liters at 25 degree C on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles (with grey cement and no pigments) 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed, laid over waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 15mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete with PCC (1:3:6) as using 20mm graded stone aggregate in block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickworkor concrete surface and finised even and smooth without using extra cement, including Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plaster, 20mm thick in two coats (15 mm thick in CM 1:4 +5 mm thick in CM 1:4) ) with using integral waterproofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note: Integral liquid water proofing compound to be used in per bag of cement shall be as per manufacturers instructions and paid separately under respective items).
