Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving of any description not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) including removing materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MD land any distance complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 50 mm thick , as in alternative panel in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 75 mm thick type D-2 , 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade"A" complete all as specified land directed.

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 to 25 mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment in treads including 15 mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. Note: Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Endura Exterior Grade Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 10 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 as in floor complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter etc complete all as specified including removing of materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 with well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 Kg/sqcm straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Brick work with well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm laid on edge in floors/tappered wall of drain, old size bricks jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for raking out joints/ pointing to brickwork or brick tiles , laid flat , in floors, surface channels , roofs, etc.and flush pointing to bricks laid flat in pavings in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in surface chanel and drain etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. including removing rubbish material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un-decorated surfaces of walls, applying wall care white Putty thickness not less than 2 mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of chalk whiting of walls including washing floors, etc.of drops and splashes complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, and and applying one coats of cement base paint on old surfaces of walls including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Cleaning and taking out of silt/grass/ mud / foreign material etc. from open drain manually by or any other suitable means and including removing of material by mechanical equipment out side MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed. Note: Measurement for payment shall be made as per size of equipment in which material removed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, benching, copings, bed plates and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour laying well burnt old size bricks, continuous brick edging; with width equal to the length of the brick; of whole bumt bricks, laid dry on edge vertically and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 as in drain or any situtation with out sand cushioning all as specified.

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody all as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel Galvanised, (hot dipped galvanised) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) all as directed.

Material and labour in replacement Concertina coil 610 mm dia having 50 Nos of turns in each coil weighing approx 8.5 kg/coil fabricated from PTC, anti rust coating of specification as indicated below extendable upto a length of 6 meters enabling adjacent coils to be jointed by special galvanized steel clips in order to form a long stretch of continuous barrier complete. Specification of PTC : Punched tape coils of approx weight 8.5 kg/coil and length 6m (approx) PTC round in shape, made of GP sheet 5mm and high tensile HC wire 2.6 mm, with blades of size 19 mm+ 2mm, at a distance of 24 cm and it is coated with anti rusted paint for maximum corrosion both sides resistance and durability and also providing camouflage effect complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified. (Note :- The vertical height above GL shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done)

With or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified. Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified.

Dismantling of chain link wire mesh of any type including removing of rusted unserviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts from work site and keep serviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts for reused in safe custody all as directed.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia galvanised steel wire, (Hot dipped galvanised), 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as directed. Note: MS flat iron and nuts and bolt shall be measured and paid uner respective items and old material shall be obtained from dismantling item here-in-before.

Material and labour for Mild steel round bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for chain link mattresses, as in tie bar strengthing and fixing with nuts & bolts complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs Galvanised steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified.
