Improvement of Ramagiri Jeerango NarayanpurRoad from 0/0 km to 15/0 Km in the District of Gajapati under State Plan for the year 2025-26.

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc complete.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Providing and filling foundation trenches with sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering and compacting including all leads and lifts for finish item of work as per clause 1500 of MORT&H specification.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drains and foundation of other structures graded and compacting etc complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with Paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc complete.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer (SS) at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause no.501.5.2, 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of the EIC

Providing & Laying compacted thick Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing & laying Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & CRMB-55 grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 507 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I. value with sand admixture if required, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 407 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.
