M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) by forced application with butane torch over entire roof area/ sunken floor with minimum overlaps of 100mm at the sides/ longitudinal edges of strips membrane and 150mm at the ends and sealed in, including bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg /Sqm after cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type F-2 (using 40mm graded brick aggregates) as in foundations, filling, sunken floor and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishing even and smooth without using extra cement .

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair including cutting grooves 10mm x 30mm deep at every 3.0m interval and filled with mastic filling comprising 1 part of mastic bitumen and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm gradded stone aggregate as in path hard standing finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor to raise level only.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' for 100mm thick concrete slab.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles colured 30cmx30 cmx25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment complete in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L black zebra bhainsalana Marble/ green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars and window cills cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar 15mm thick (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete.

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 16 to 20mm thick in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cemnet mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in coping, benching, bed block for hold fast for doors, bed plate / kerbs complete including form work all as specified and directed .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregates) as in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for manholes and similar work etc including form work complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. Or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for repairing to RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia, ceiling etc. by scrapping, cutting, chiseling, de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement of damaged loose RCC surfaces and applying neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and filling the surfaces with cement sand mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) using coarse sand in layers as required and reinforced with 8mm dia. TMT bars in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at height upto 3.5m complete all as specified. Note:- Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

All as per Srl item No 162 above but for bldg height exc 3.50m & n. exc. 12.00m.

Material and labour for applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade company depot tinted with silicon additives @ 1.43ltre/10sqm over old surface after preparation of surface.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/ concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces wall, pillars,cornices and removing all loose material and filling the all holes/patches with wall care putty where required to make surface smooth and applying one coat of oil bound/ oil emulsion distemper complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for preparation of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces plastered or un plastered of ceilng and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces plastered or un plastered of wall and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces plastered or un plastered of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including prepration of old painted surfaces.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surface complete.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab as in floors including rubbing and pollishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl Item No. 171 above here-in-before but as in vertical surfaces like skirting/dado over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3.

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
