AMC for VRF system installed at Adm Block and AR House at Laitkor

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for variable refrigerant flow type LG make multi V -III & IV AC, having Air cooled condensing Units of capacity 20 HP, having Highwall & Cassette type indoor Unit of different capacity by carrying out the following jobs (a) Outdoor Unit:- Condenser coil cleaning to be done periodically. Checking for refrigerant pressure to be adequate, if found less additional refrigerant to be charged. PCB to be checked thoroughly for any loosened jack. Checking of outdoor unit fan motor play. If found adjust it. Replacement of fan will be done if any abnormal sound being observed. Replacement of ablower will be done if any abnormals being observed. Checking for compressor less pumping/taking High Amps. If it is there, then replacement of compressor will take place. Checking for any copper pipe insulation material to be damaged. If so, new insulation to be provided. Checking for sequential start up of compressors, else checking of PCB. Checking for any ice formation in the compressor/flare nut/pipe line. Checking for refrigerant pressure to be adequate, if found less additional refrigerant to be charged. PCB to be checked thoroughly for any loosened jack. Checking of outdoor unit fan motor play. (c) Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Indoor Unit carrying out Cleaning of Indoor Unit filter. Checking of indoor unit blower motor play. If found adjust it. Checking of indoor unit blower play. If found adjust it. Replacement of blower will be done if any abnormal sound being observed. Cleaning of Evaporator coil by Hand blower. Checking for flare nut to be tightened. Cleaning of drain tray, pipe to avoid water dripping from Indoor unit. Checking for drain pump clogging and to clean it. Checking of any loosened power and communication cable joints with the Indoor Units. Checking of Indoor Unit coil temperature after servicing. Central Controller Remote system complete Notes : If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under will be affected :- (i) Non visiting of service engineer at site, within 48 hours after made complaint - Rs 1000 per day (ii) Non replacement of compressor, gas charging and connected parts within 72 hours after made complaint - Rs 2500 per day (iii) AMC valid for 12 months. (iv) The Comprehensive maint/servicing will be done every 07 days and as and when break down/faults reported on VRF system without any extra cost during currency of the contract and a recod for details of maint/services will be maintained. Note : The bidder should provide an authorisation letter from service centre / dealer of M/s LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd certifying that bidder is supported by service centre / dealer of LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd for operation and maintenance services and providing spare parts to bidder and the bidder should provide spare parts and maintenance service from authorised dealer of M/s LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd.
