Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick polymer modified plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F in repair factory made precast Road kerb stone of size 300mm X 450mm and thickness 150mm at bottom and 100mm at top, PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) vibro mechanically pressed and floated, heavy duty set jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish outside MOD land.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of kerbs stone applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in repairs factory made manholes covers with MS flat all around the cover and including reinforcement with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of any thickness and size laid with cement mortar 1:6 in position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and de-silting of sewage lines / Old rain water Pipes line (under ground) / Open Rain water drain upto and including 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto three meter depth. The cleaning shall be carried out with super succer machine. The sludge deposited in the sewage line / Old rain water Pipes line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes/GT (First Manhole) by removing the sludge from manhole (by pump or motor) and dispose off the sludge outside defence land any depth n exc 3.00m, the sludge deposited shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strict supervision complete all as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in panels surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for following work at tennis court : (i) Patch work - Filling of cracks with acrylic patch binder in concrete sport surfaces. (ii) Cleaning the surface - Cleaning of surface open all cracks, cracks filling & filling all down area. Cushioning Mat - Laying of crack resistant with chemicals (to avoid impact of cracks on synthetic surface) recommended for concrete base (iii) 8 Layer Acrylic Cushion System - Providing and laying 8 layer cushion system consisting of a bio cum primer, one coat resurfacer, three coats of cushion coats, followed with 2 coats of textured base coats and finally a non-textured top coat. (iv) Game line marking - As per standards floor based line paints

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with Recron fibre @ 125 gram of 50 kg cement on brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Synthetic concrete fibre shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 75 mm thick in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors finished fair and even complete all as directed

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking pavers block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over 40mm thick sand cushioning. Note : Sand shall be measured and paid as supply onlyseparately

Supply only sand for laying of pavers Note (FOR ITEM NO. 1 to 47) :- Removing building materials/old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5km or beyond outside MOD Land and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note (FOR ITEM NO. 1 to 47) :- The work described at Palam Bagh shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.
