Round the Clock Operation of including operation of valve, Pump AHU,fresh air system and allied utilities for proper air conditioning and ventilation of R.G.Kar MCH (One Semi-Skilled person per shift including releiver,For 4 shift is that Morning,Evening ,Night , Generel , One person per shift ). Shift timing decided by the EIC the EIC .Preiod :- (01/8/2026 to 31/01/2027 )

Allocation :- Trauma Building (3x102 Tr ) Chiller Plant Trauma ,4th Floor Male HDU 11TR Packagae Trauma ,5th Floor Female HDU 11TR Packagae Trauma ,7th Floor ,Seminar 5.5 TR Packagae X-ray = 3x 7.5 Tr Package DSAC

Terms and Condition i) Cleaning / House Keeping AHU Machine with surrounding / Room to be done by the concern agency operating the Unit ii)The operator/attendant should have a sound knowledge about Air conditioning machine . iii)The operator/attendant should be obliging dutiful and polite to all while on duty. In case any irregularities of duty or complain against the operator/attendant if noticed, would be withdrawn forthwith and shall be replaced by new operator.

iv)The report is to be submitted periodically about the working Unit v)Agency must have to produce the list of the staff mentioning their Name, contact Mobile No.in writing with proper photo identity and address proof photo copy to the concerned JE & AE before commencing the work. This should be treated as mandatory. vi)The agency will have to provide proper dress for his staff and color of the dress will be decided by the EIC. No staff will be allowed for performing duty without proper dress.

vii)The agency will issue a photo Identity Card, duly signed by the agency and countersigned by the concerned JE / AE to all the operation Staffs deployed including substitutes. They should always carry the said Photo Identity Card while on duty. The agency should also submit one copy of the said Identity Cards to the JE viii)The agency shall have to prepare a Duty Roster of the operation Staff at the beginning of every month, or as directed from time to time. A copy of the said Duty Roster, duly signed by all staffs, should be submitted to the concerned JE.

ix)The agency must have separate contact telephone numbers with Mobile Nos. for his office and Supervisor deputed at worksite so that the agency may be communicated in case of any urgency and the same should be intimated to the E.I.C., A.E. & J.E concerned, in writing. The telephone call should be responded without delay. x)AC Machine Technical parameter to be checked daily basis as directed by EIC & register acoordingly in Logbook (The attence register & logbook Supplied by the agency).

xi)The operational work of the AC is to be supervised directly under the supervision of technical staff of the contractors under the direct control of JE/AE concerned. The contractor shall be responsible for any damage to the AC Machine due to mishandling, loss will be recovered from the contractors bill as per direction of EIC. xii). If any kind of trouble arises, it should be brought to the notice of JE, AE concerned immediately.

xiii ) In case of any absence of operator, alternative operator immidiately to be placed. In case of absence prorate deduction will be made from the contractors bill and the contract may be terminated if it exceeds 3 (three) days. In this respect Executive Engineer’s decision will be final. xiv)This department would not be held responsibility for any accident of the Operator on duty for any reasons. The contractor or their operators on duty would not claim any compensation in any shape from this department for such accident.

xv) Documentary evidence in support of payment of minimum wages as per Labour Act to be produced to the Principal Employer i.e. Executive Engineer,North Kolkata Health Electrical Division, P.W.Dte. in-charge of works if any discripency or issue came under his notice .

xvi)The agency has to provide one GPS activated smart phone dedicated for call center. The cost of the handset and running cost i.e. phone bills have to be borne by the agency. No claim of payment against any telephone bill will be entertained by this department.The 24 hour x 7 days Available Phone number of Supervisor/Owner to be pasted on lift wall .xxiii)The supervisor/operator must inform JE/AE any Lift related problem at the earliest .
