Repair and Replacement of roof treatment including connected works in OTM Accn in the area of AGE B/R-I under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10

M&L for flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings /roof in C:M 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including racking out of existing joints or brick tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed including dismantling old brick tiles.

S&F 1000 Ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layered hoisted and fixed in position including necessary fittings after dismantling of old tank all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar ) :-(i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes) (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note: Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use.(iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 5mm thick in ready mix on ceiling to be finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement) as in patch works or whole work including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for brick work with sub class ' B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 including all arrangement including demolition brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 12-15mm thick in ready mix on brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement) as in patch works or whole work including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing/resecuring of false Ceiling board and snap grid frame work including providing 4mm dia GI wire as in hanger complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white and connection with cistern copmlete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair plastic water closet seat cover, white closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device of approved colour and as per existing model complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 ltrs capacity PVC low level flushing cistern complete with syphone handle lever PVC bend including connecting to WC and fixing on walls with bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 110mm bore of pipecomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note :- Height of building upto 04 storey)

Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including thatching any type, demolition of mud phuska etc including cleaning the surface by water/air pressure and removal of debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed ( Note: height of building upto 04 story).

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed ( Note: height of building upto 04 story).

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I 20mm graded in roof kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, plinth courses, coping, kneelers, apex stone, kerb water tough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed) complete including necessary form work all as specified and directed ( Note: height of building upto 04 story).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed ( Note: height of building upto 04 story).

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.0 kg/sqm of approved make black finish & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 150 gm/sqm laid over a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Ltr/sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 100mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing as per manufacturer's instructions including two coat (i.e 0.2 ltr/Sqm) of aluminium paint entaire treated surface. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make/manufacturer. ( Note: height of building upto 04 story).

M&L for cutting groove in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horiaontal face of groove with cement Mortar 1:3 for fixing of APP membrane and filling the groove with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stoen aggregate after inserting membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down old steel tube complete all as spd and directed.

All as per item No 27 above but 20 mm bore tubing.
