Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators, light fittings, tube light fittings, bracket light fittings and ceilling rose, holders etc including making good the disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm drawn through in including surface PVC casing & caping (ISI Marked) not less than 20mm wide with existing sunken box including 3 mm thick laminated sheets for mounting switches/sockets with all accessories as required including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor FRLS cable for earth continuity conductor of green colour for one light point/ fan point/ bell point/ one 5/6 Amp socket outlet controlled by one 5/6 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above but, one socket outlet, three pin, 5/6 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including batten/ conduit by unscrewing from wall,ceiling and making good surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsehathed copper cable multistand 1100 Volt, one run of copper earth wire 6.0 sqmm PVC FRLS drawn in and including casing and caping not less than 25mm wide complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 2 runs of 6 sqmm copper cable, one run of 6.0 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of casing &caping shall be measured as one unit length.

Taking down defective exhaust fan from its position and refixing the same after necessary minor repair to make its functional complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spray painting with white synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old surface of the ceiling fan of any make/model/sweep, filling cavities with filler after cleaning dust complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Berger paint(Luxol)/Asian paint (Apcolite) / Jenson & Nicholson paint Ltd(Brolac)

Taking down defective ceiling fan from its position and refixing the same after necessary minor repair to make its functional complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor of 1200 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts and washers, split pins etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair capacitor/ condenser of ceiling fan , 2.5 mfd of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Nicco/Havells/Universal as approved.

S&F in repair capacitor /condenser of exhaust fan 4 mfd of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Nicco/Havells/Universal as approved.

M&L for rewinding of Exhaust fan /wall mounting fan motor of 300 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with varnish , greasing the bearing, replacement of missing/worn out nuts, bolts and washers, split pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.
