Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of eco-friendly Diesel Engine driven generating set silent type confirming to CPCB IV+, 58.5 KVA (46.8KW) 415 Volts (AC 3 phase,4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at 0.8 power factor directly coupled alternator & engine, water cooled, mounted on common base plate of rigid fabricated mild steel frame platform with floor mounted fuel tank & including all excavation PCC foundation as recommended by OEM, anti vibration pads/ dampers including standard control panel other accessories as per manufacturer's design. The Gen Set should be fitted with integrated accoustic enclosure manufactured by the OEM of the Generating set .The Generating Set and accoustic enclosure shall confirm to emmision norms and noise level shall be less than 75 dBA and governing class G2 with Exhaust gas recirculation (EGT), common rail direct injection system (CRDI), remote monitoring system , state of the art Gen Set controller, microprocessor based Gen Set contollers display to host genset parameters and put all controls features. The accostic enclosure shall be type tested and certificate obtained for the type approved from approved agencies listed in Govt Notification.Specifications of DG set shall be as specified and and comprising of the following:- (A) ENGINE : Diesel engine of adequate capacity for 58.5 KVA with rated output 54.4 KW, 4 Cylinder, developing 74 BHP at 1500 RPM,12 volts electric battery start complete all as specified and directed. (B) ALTERNATOR: Aternator AC ,3 phase 415 volts 4 wire rated line current for output 58.5 KVA, PF 0.8, 1500 RPM directly coupled with above engine and rugged & best in classs efficiency. Advanced digital AVR to improves the voltage regulation and response time. The alternator has the following features :- * Insulation class H * Alternator Efficiency (at 100% load) 0.8 pf - 90.8% * Max Voltage Dip at full laod 0.8 pf lag - <20% * Max time to build up rated voltage at rated RPM - <2 sec, provided engine reach the rated speed.

(B) ALTERNATOR: Aternator AC ,3 phase 415 volts 4 wire rated line current for output 100 KVA, PF 0.8, 1500 RPM directly coupled with above engine and rugged & best in classs efficiency. Advanced digital AVR to improves the voltage regulation and response time. The alternator has the following features :- * Insulation class H * Alternator Efficiency (at 100% load) 0.8 pf - 89.6% * Max Voltage Dip at full laod 0.8 pf lag - <20% * Max time to build up rated voltage at rated RPM - <2 sec, provided engine reach the rated speed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing in replacement complete with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level ,connected to and including Galvanised Steel earth strip 32X6mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including watering pipe and protection pipe, necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I (Specifications) complete with the following:- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil/rock strata. (b) PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, Pre-cast RCC cover with CI frame with suitable handle 50 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with 15mm bore galvanised iron light grade watering pipe and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade protection pipe for protection of earthing lead and earth lead, each 7.5m long complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. Note:-GI earth strip and 50mm medium grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5m each shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) If the desire earth resisitance not obtained on testing after completion, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost upto obtain the desired resistance. (iii) Tibba sand shall be shall be used by the contractor after filling of salt and charcoal for earthing.

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground fixed with porcelene insulator at the interval of 1 m complete all as specified and directed
