CIVIL WORKS AND DEMOLISION WORKS: PEST CONTROL: Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion of POST CONSTRUCTIONAL and anti-termite treatment (Including the cost of chemical emulsion) Treatment at points of contact of wood and masonry wall by chemical emulsion Chlorphyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at downward angle of 45degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same.(Approved make: Terminator/PCI India,Premise and Aganda).Location : Main building /3rd floor

DEMOLISION OF BRICKWALL: Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.Location : Main building /3rd floor.

DISMANTLING OF DOORS, WINDOWS, GRILLS: Dismantling frame ,doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including Shelves in Wood or stone, chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 500 metres lead.Of area 3 sq. metres and below. Location : Main building / 3rd floor.

DISMANTLING OF PARTITIONS & CEILING: Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum /Wooden partitions,fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 500 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Expect Aluminium & GI Section all other demolished debris material should taken outside the campus (rate inclusive of debris material taken out from the campus).Location : Main building /3rd floor.

FLOOR CUTTNG AND SCREED PACKING FOR TRESHOLD: Cutting the existing floor tiles to suitable size 200mm to 250mm wide & depth upto the floor slab as per site condition) using Mechanical means ( Machine cut) including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Filling the same with cement concrete mix of 1:1:2 aggregate size less than 12mm and giving smooth finshing at the top .all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Note: Existing available floor Kota stone 25mm thick and floor tiles 12mm thick.Before quoting the rate contractor should visit the site. Note:For electrical raceways and conduit laying purpose in the floor all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

REMOVING AND REFIXING OF GRID/CELL CEILING: Removing of Grid Tiles, Cell Tiles and Grids secitions. Protecting, Stacking and safe keeping the same in designated area and Refixing the same including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 500 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Expect Aluminium & GI Section all other demolished debris material should taken outside the campus (rate inclusive of debris material taken out from the campus).Location : Main building /3rd floor.

DEMOLISION OF RCC WORKS: Demolishing R.C.C work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.Location : Main building /3rd floor.

DISMANTLING OF BRICKBAT COBA/LIME CONCRETE: Demolision of Brick Bat Coba / Lime Concrete Manually/Mechanical means and Disposal of material within 500 metres (Horizontal and Vertical Distance) Lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

DEMOLISION OF EXISTING FLOORING: Dismantling stone slab flooring/Tile Flooring of 75mm thk laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable Material and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead (Vertical & Horizontal). Rate incl. of loading , unloading and transportation with in campus.

DEMOLISION OF WALL TILES: Dismantling stone slab/ Wall Tiles of 25 - 40mm thk laid in cement mortar/Tile Adhesive including stacking of serviceable Material and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead (Vertical & Horizontal). Rate incl. of loading , unloading and transportation with in campus.
