Schedule 'A' Section I (Note for item No.1 &2 : The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher . In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher his tender will be treated as NON BONAFIDE and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonofied bids only) Outsourcing of services for 1.0 MLD STP at longewala complex with 01 FGM in each shift for 3 shifts round the clock and one helper for one shift only will be employed by the contractor (each shift for 08 hours) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of services for 1.2 MLD STP at Umrao complex(KLP-II) with 01 FGM in each shift for 3 shifts round the clock and one helper for one shift only will be employed by the contractor (each shift for 08 hours) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : For Item No 01 & 02 (i) Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual maint to be carried out and keeping records thereof. (ii) Daily log sheet attendance register for persons employed by the contractor to be maintained. (iii) All types of T&P required for day to day maintenance shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) All types of transportation if reqd for handling materials/eqpts etc shall be provided by the contractor. (v) All types of fire eqpts provided in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly. (vi) All electrical fitting and fixtures installed at STP installation to be maintained and contractor shall be responsible for any damage. (vii) All types of water tanks shall be maintained. (viii) All installations to be kept neat and clean all the time. (ix) In case of any damage, misuse, mishandling of Govt property, contractor will be held responsible for the same. (x) Chlorination of sewage water are to be carried out from the recognized lab i.e., C.O.D, B.O.D etc and record to be maintained. (xi) Treated water to be tested monthly from recognized lab and record to be maintained. (xii) Medical needs to be provided by the contractor to the employees as and when required. (xiii) First Aid Box with basic medicines to be kept in installation by the contractor. (xiv) Misuse of electricity and water to be penalised and effective recovery will be made by the department. (xv) Outsourcing of services shall start immediately after acceptance of work. (xvi) All garden, lawns, trees etc being planted in all the installations shall be maintained regularly and to be developed further as directed. (xvii) FGM should be ITI qualified or 02 years experience in the particular field. (xviii) Fuel for running of DG Sets of both STP's shall be supplied by the department and contractor shall responsible to collect the fuel from the department by his own arrangement. (xix) Entire area inside and outside of STPs shall be cleaned properly by the contractor and cost shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (xx) All the FGMs & Helper shall be in proper dress code and shoes as approved by the GE.

Schedule 'A' Section II M & L for taking up incl dismantling, reassembling, transporting and lowering of submersible pump of capacity 13 Mtr head and 42 Mtr Cubic per hours discharge single stage all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of pump: CALAMA/SABAR/KSB/BED FORD GARVIN/ KIRLOSKAR. Note :- Crane for taking up & lowering of submersible pump set while repairing/rewinding will be arranged by the contractor and the rent for the same is included in the item rate.

Dismantling opening and reassembling after repair /replacement of U/S under mentioned parts of centrifugal pump of capacity 7.5 HP. Job includes disconnection from base foundation frame disconnecting electrically, reconnection, re-fixing in position transportation to work shop & back make of pump :- Kirlosker/Crompton Greaves.

Painting of existing pipe lines at STP with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour and shade as approved by the GE including making of arrow mark in the direction of flow complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage water tank by de-sludging,scraping the bottom wall with the help of scrapper/wire iron brush removing all scales, craked earth, dirt, mud/slit algi, fungus and other foreign deposited materials and dewatering the left over water and taking them out complete and painting of one coat by liquid bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage water well carefully by removing wire mess and lifting the deposited material over the well and taking them out away from well on weekly basis all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of filter media chambers (04 Nos) by removing deposited material inside the chamber including lifting the material from the chamber and getting out from the chamber without any damage to the chamber on weekly basis including cleaning of filter media all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, hoisting and fixing of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 200 Ltrs, ISI marked, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provison of wash out pipe etc including dismantling water tank and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge. Note: (i) The water storage tanks shall be 2 layered, HDPE tanks moulded to seam-less perfection of rotational moulding process. The tanks shall be manufactured only from FDA approved special grade of polyethylene and shall be certified fit for potable water. Also refer paras 18.60 and 18.60 A of MES Schedule Part-I. (ii) Payment for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes and ball valve shall be made seprately. however cost of providing necessary GI fittings such as nipplies with check nuts for inlet and outlet pipes, GI plug with check nut for over flow pipe and 30 cm long wash out pipe, GI 20mm nominal bore, medium grade and check nut for wash out pipes of size as per acturl requirements and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) HDPE storage tanks shall be procured form the manufactures as per Appendix "D".

S & F in replacement of old pattern unservicable street light into LED based street light housing made up of pressure die cast aluminum alloy with effective thermal management, sturdiness. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of more than 80 lumens/ watt and a minimum system lumen output of not less than 7200 lumens and maximum system wattage 72 to 90 watts. The fixture shall have a correlated color temperature of at least 5000 K and a CRI of minimum 70. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @ 70% lumen maintenance. Ingress protection of IP65 ( lamp and gear compartment and mechanical impact resistance rating of IK >=05. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range at 140 – 300 V . Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT panel board complete and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint a all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
