Routine maintenance of fire fighting system & Fire alarm system by attending fault testing of system, Monthly checking of system etc, including replacement of unserviceable component including preventive Maintanence by replacing parts other then mentioned in Schedule ‘ A ‘Part II also for fire fighting system, fire alarm system installed at LOGISTIC Building comprising following: (a) FOUR TO TWENTY Zone main fire alarm control panel with each zone battery charger and 230 V power units. (b) DETECTOR OF ANY TYPE, head detector, response indicator, manual call point and hooters. etc (c) All cable connectors from main control panel to item 1(b) etc. (d) Lead acid battery 12 V / 9 AH Capacity.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning “FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL” system complete in repairs including wiring stories complete with the following: (a) Manual call point with electronic hooter(one in each floor) ( b ) Factory made vermin proof air tight zone control panel board made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet enclosure 100mm x 100mm surface type duly powder coated (Red colour) (with arrangement comprising with annunciation system on each floor, indicating (16 zones) 12/24 VDC stand by power supply with trickle boost charger with auto charge over device, panel having test / fault / failure control and indication /annunciation PCB, sound indicator for each zone complete Note: Complete system must be approved by as per BMC latest provisions / requirement and standards

Installation, testing & commissioning for fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L converntional type 4 zone fire alarm panel upto 20 detectors per zone with 6 hours battery back up, detector circuit monitored for open circuit, short circuit and detector removal dual alarm lines on 4 zone panel.
