Repairing/ Servicing of Diakin Make Hot and Cold Air Conditioning units (02 TR capacity) installed in the seminar room of Surgery Department at Govt. SMHS Hospital Srinagar.

Wet Servicing of split type hot and cold air conditioners (2.0TR) Capacity by using skilled labours and technicians. The Job includes dismantling of indoor unit filters and cleaning it thereof and removing of dust and dirt from the outdoor unit by way of spraying suitable chemical agent and cleaning of drain pipe by way of spraying high pressure water. The job further includes checking all parameters of working and setting them right as per requirement and then assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit followed by testing the performance of the AC unit on load. All tools and tackles shall be arranged by the firm.

Provision for replacement of damaged compressor which includes dismantlling of old damaged compressor by way of disconnecting copper tubes and electric connections and then replacement of the same with new compressor. The job then includes brazing of the copper tubes back and checking of leakages and then filling the same with R- 22/410/R-32 refrigerant and assembling back the parts, installing the out door unit back and then testing the performance of the AC unit on load (02TR)

Provision for Providing and fitting of PCB control card for AC indoor unit as per following details. The Job includes removing of the old and replacing the same with new one of same specifications and then testing of AC on full load.(2 TR)(Make Diakin)

Provision for Refitting/ Topping up of Refrigerant Gas (R- 22/410/R-32) to the AC Unit

Repairs to 5 KVA Automatic voltage Stabilizer by way of rewinding of the damaged coil and checking the connections and testing of the same on no load / full load. The scrap to be retrained by the Contractor
