SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF COOLING APPLIANCES AND CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS AGAINST BER AT CGDHQ-10 CAMPBELL BAY UNDER GE CAMPBELL BAY

S & F pumping sets, centrifugal pump monoblock, electrical driven, three phase, energy efficient Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Squirrel Cage Motors (IE2) 5.0 HP pump sets of size 65 x 50mm, sync speed-3000 RPM (enclosure confirming to protection IP44 as per IS:4691-1968) horizontal foot mounted induction motors, continuously rated suitable for operation on 415+/-10%, 50 Hz+/-5%, A.C. supply with SS impeller, gland packing sealing, C-40 shaft & class B insulation IP-44 and confirming to IS 325:1996 & IS 12615:2011 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rates for PCC foundation and C/I Channels are deemed to be inclusive (ii) Rates for NRV as recommended by OEM are deemed to be inclusive (iii) Wiring in conduit from pump starter to pumpset is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate. (iv) All Addn Altn required for fixing of pumps at existing/ new location and removing of old pump from existing location and deposited to MES store yard.

Design, fabrication, supply and errecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT cubical panel board of suitable size, 3 Phase 4 wire system indoor type 2 mm , double door front and back opening type separate compartment for each control gear, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable up to 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core in and out (panel board shall have sufficient space to accommodate spare cables also) , incoming and outgoing feeders duly marked on revited plates etc, CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 3.15mm thik CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 times pre treatment process and painted with epoxy power coated matt finish of SIEMENS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade colour, built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and back and pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs, panel mounted on angle iron frame of 50 x 50 x 6mm thick duly painted and embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, including taking down old u/s one complete and consisting the following provisions:-

(a) MCCB 125 Amps 4 Pole AC 415 Volts , 50Hz, 36 kA, Adjustable Thermal & Magnetic settings, (b) MCCB 3 pole 63 Amps, 25kA -03 Nos (Outgoing -02 W +01 S) (c) MCCB 3 pole 40 Amps, 16kA -02 Nos (Outgoing -01 W +01 S) (d) MCB 3 pole 32 Amps, 16 KA - 02 Nos (Outgoing - for Bldg & Security Light) (e) Star Delta Stator suitable for 12.5 HP pumpsets - 06 Nos (04 W + 02 S) (f) Insualtors:SMC/DMC (g) Single phase preventor (h) Aluminium Busbar 200 Amps with Sleeves -04 ( three phase with neutral and connectors set of 4 (j) Indicator lamp set of 3 - 01 Set (k) Control wiring with PVC insulator multistranded copper conductor, insulators for busbar mounting 3 Nos of suitable CT's and accessories - 01 Set (l) Rotatory type selector Switch (m) Digital Type multi dislay volt Meter 0-500 Volts with selector switch (n) Digital type multi display meter 3 Ph Ampere meter 0-1000 Amps with selector switch Note : Earth Work and PCC work is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for addition alteration in old GI pipe, screwing, cutting, threading, fixing of GI fittings like union, elbow, tees, nipples, dummy, plugs etc of upto 80 mm bore including attending any minor work regarding pipe line as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rates for necessary GI fittings like union, tees, nipples, elbow etc is deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates

Supplying, laying or fixing in replacement, GI water tubing, medium grade, of size 80mm dia confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in tenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing and taking up / down existing unserviceable GI tubing with fittings / connections, carefully from trenches / ceiling /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Necessary earthwork if any will be paid under relevant items & measured seperately

Supplying, laying or fixing in replacement, GI water tubing, medium grade, of size 50mm dia confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in tenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing and taking up / down existing unserviceable GI tubing with fittings / connections, carefully from trenches / ceiling /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Necessary earthwork if any will be paid under relevant items & measured seperately

S & F Cast Iron sluice valve 80 mm PN 1.6 flanged conforming to IS 14846, hand wheel operated, stainless steel stem with gun metal parts, flanged, drilled to IS 1538 non rising stem PN 1.6 shell test pressure 1.5 Mpa Hyd , seat test pressure 1.0 Mpa Hyd including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L XLPE insulated , armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.
