SPECIAL REPAIR TO JCOS MD ACCN BLDG NO P-07 (FAFA BLOCK), P-08 (MEG AND C BLOCK) AND P-11 AT VASANTH ENCLAVE UNDER GE (NORTH) BANGALORE

Taking down existing Water Proofing treatment of any type (APP Membrane, Cement or earthen tile, Mud phuska or lime concrete) including cement plaster of any thickness and removing bitumen coating / mud pushka dirts etc over original RCC roof slab by grinding, Picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust including removing debris outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded Crushed stone aggregate as in copings, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, leveling concrete for Roof slab, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as including demolition & removal of debris outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab with the following specification complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign materials by jet or dry air, cleaning the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth (ii) Screed bed / rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with approved liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (iii) Applying compatible primer/bonding bitumen @ 0.40 Litre/Sq m (iv) M&L APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS 1654-2017/IS 16352-2017 , 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80kg/Sq m reinforced with non woven polyster/HMHDPE matt black finished fixed with torch applications of membrane, 75mm side overlap and 100mm end lap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer's instructions. (v) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint on top @ 0.10 litre/sq m complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply only liquid water proofing will be measured & paid seperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 litres, setting aside including necessary connections (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required and reconnecting and re-fixing in original position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rotational moulded, triple layer polythene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisting and fixed in position on roofs including 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia and fittings including dismantling of existing water storage tank complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & fixing CPVC pipes 20 mm outer dia SDR 11 Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including all fittings and specials including taking down GI tubing 15 mm dia and connections complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & laying CPVC pipes 25 mm outer dia SDR 11 Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including all fittings and specials including taking down GI tubing 20 mm dia and connections complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs CPVC gate valves, with lever, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20mm dia and fixed complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs CPVC gate valves, with lever, screwed both ends for iron pipe 25mm dia and fixed complete all as specified & as directed.
