Manufacturing at site and fixing of wooden TV unit 115cm x 77cm x 40 cm depth as per approved drawing/ photograph. The unit top, base, partition, shutters, sides shall be made out with double layer of 19 mm thick commercial ply to maintain thickness and laminated with 1 mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet on both the sides including all around the edges of unit. Finally finished with tarpin oil/ chemical to remove the impression of masking tape/ adhesive all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Manufacturing at site & placing of double bed of size 1.92 x 1.82 with base consisting of two parts each having size 1.92 x 0.91m (Length x Width). The base of each portion of the double bed shall be made up of 12 mm commercial ply fixed in a frame work made of 0.10m x 0.08m all around teak wood section by making necessary rebate for resting 12mm commercial ply and intermediate battens of teak wood 3 nos of size 0.04m x 0.04m in each base. Support battens of size 0.05m x 0.04m for fixing head and foot rest. Head rest having1.00m ht. and foot rest having 0.45m ht. The head rest & foot rest of size 1.82m shall be made up of 0.05m x 0.04m teak wood frame and 19mm thick commercial block board (Duro or equivalent make) with 1mm laminate of approved shade (matt finish of Merino/Greenlam or equivalent) in front face and an additional piece of 19mm thick commercial board in 200mm width shall be fixed in head and foot rest for making a visible thickness of 38mm in inverted U shape along the unexposed face. All necessary 10mm dia MS nut and bolt in required length shall be provided for fixing arrangement of head and foot rest with bed portion. The Item to be finished with melamine (matt/high gloss) polish in walnut shade on all exposed portions and spirit polish on unexposed faces complete as per approved sample at site and direction of Engineer-in-charge. All boards, ply shall be of Duro or equivalent make and all wood shall be second class seasoned CP teak wood. The items shall be manufactured at site. Primer and polish will be done after approval of Engineer-in-Charge and as per requirement of Hon'ble Member of Parliament. Manufacturing at site & placing of double bed of size 1.92 x 1.83 (inside dimension) 2.00m +/- 20mm long arm made with 2nd class teak wood of size 100x35mm. 1.83 long head rest of 85cm overall & 55cm above bed rest having 9mm OST ply on the front having V groove of size 5mmx5mm and 6mm OST ply on the back side The frame of head rest shall be made of 2 Nos.teak wood vertical(100x30mm) top & bottom horizontal 75x30mm & 3 no equally spaced vertical & 1 no horizontal middle members of size 50x30mm, and teak wood lipping 50mm wide on all these side of head rest. The entrie front & back of head rest shall be finished with melmine polish of walnut or other shade as required. 1.83m long foot rest of 0.50m overall having 9mm OST ply on the front side having V groove of size 5mmx5mm and 6mm commercial ply on back side. The frame shall be made of teal wood comprising 2 no vertical members of section100x35mm on top & other bottom horizontal member 75x30m 3 no vertical equally spaced members of section 50mx30mm. All therse side shall be covered with 50mm teak wood lipping. The entire surface of footrest shall be finished with melamine polish of walnut or other shade as required. Top of the bed shall be covered with12mm commercial ply over the arm after giving rebate of 12mm to make top flush and supported over 5 no seassoned teak wood cross runners of section 50x35mm Arms to be finished with head & foot rest be mortice & tunne joint alloy with angle iron bracket40x40x3mm. The items shall be manufactured at site. Primer and polish will be done after approval of Engineer-in-Charge and as per requirement of Hon'ble Member of Parliament. Manufacturing at site & placing of wooden bed side table of size 45cm x 38cm x 45 cm height. Top shall be of 19mm thick commercial block board finished with 1.0mm thick laminated sheet (Marino, Kitlam, Greenlam or equivalent make matt finish in approved shade). The sides of table shall be of 19mm thick block board having outer side natural teak finish and inside commercial finish. The back shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply. The table shall have 2 Nos. drawers separated by a fixed commercial intermediate block board 19mm thick, 75mm wide of inside clear dimension for each as 34cm x 32 cm x 13cm having front side of 19mm thick commercial block board finally covered with 1.0mm thick (Marino, Kitlam, Greenlam make laminated sheet matt finish in approved shade), side & back walls of 12mm thick commercial ply & bottom of 6mm thick commercial ply i/c necessary approved lipping on exposed edges as provided in the sample i/c two drawers with telescopic channels 2 Nos. each of hettich make. Base member shall be of fixed commercial block board 19mm thick for full area. The vertical gaps between the floor and the base member in front shall be covered with 19mm thick teak block board (O.S.T). All board and ply shall be of Duro make or equivalent including melamine (matt/high gloss) polish in wall nut shade on all exposed portions and spirit polish on unexposed faces as per sample approved sample at site and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The items shall be manufactured at site. Primer and polish will be done after approval of Engineer-in-Charge and as per requirement of Hon'ble Member of Parliament. Manufacturing at site & placing of writing table of size 152cm x 76cm x 76cm. The table top shall consist of 19mm thick commercial block board finished with 1.00mm thick (matt finish) (Marino, Kitlam, Greenlam or equivalent make) laminated sheet of approved shade. The side frame of the table shall be made of 2nd class seasoned CP teak wood section of size 0.08m x 0.04m. The table top shall be 19mm commercial block board with 1.00 mm thick (matt finish) (Marino, Kitlam, Greenlam or equivalent make) laminated sheet of approved shade shall be provided with 5mm thick black toughened glass (Modiguard or Saint goabin or equivalent) bounded by three sides by 10mm thick teak wood beading of 40mm width and front facing side of table rounded suitably at the corners. Visitor side shall have a 10cm projection and also be provided with 2 Nos. decorative payas in full height made of 0.08m x 0.08m teak wood section in one piece with as per approved sample. Intermediate supports shall be made of 19mm commercial block board with 1.00 mm thick (matt finish) (Marino, Kitlam, Greenlam or equivalent make) laminated sheet of approved shade along full width keeping equal distance for drawers and cabinets on both sides. The drawers front side of size 0.15m x 0.35m shall be provided with telescopic drawer channels of hettich make and having SS handle of required size and design. The drawer shall be made of 19mm commercial block board on the front and 12mm teak ply on the sides and back and bottom shall be of 8mm thick commercial ply. The front of the drawer shall be fixed with 1mm thick (Marino, Kitlam, Greenlam or equivalent make) laminated sheet (matt finish). A fliping board of 0.35m along full width of the table width which shall be made of 19mm thick commercial board with 1.00 mm thick (matt finish) (Marino, Kitlam, Greenlam or equivalent make) laminated sheet of approved shade with necessary stoppers. The cabinets of size 0.45m x 0.35m with 19mm commercial block board on the front shutter, sides & bottom and also providing with SS handle. All drawers and cabinets shall have multipurpose lock. A foot rest shall be fixed between the intermediate gap with teak wood section size 0.08m x 0.05m. Table top shall be finished with 1.00 mm thick laminated sheet (Marino, Kitlam, Greenlam) of approved shade. Edges of teak board shall be provided with 5mm teak wood lipping in width as directed. Table shall be finished with high class melamine polish (matt/glossy) finish in walnut shade on all exposed portions and spirit polish on unexposed faces complete as per sample or as per direction and upto entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. All boards and ply shall be of Duro or equivalent make. Nothing extra shall be paid except the rate of Item (The contractor must inspect the sample of the items available at enquiry office before quoting the rate.)

Manufacturing at site & placing of Computer table of size 900x500x750 mm high, made with 19mm commercial board edges of top shall be made with double board. 1mm thick laminate of approved shade shall be pasted over all exposed surface. One drawer of size 300mmx125mm x 470mm deep with telescopic channel & one cupboard with one shelf & shutter including L-Bihari hinges of size 300x470mm on right side be made. One key board tray of size 520x400mm shall be fixed with telescopic channel. Teak wood bidding shall be fixed on edges. Backing to be done with 6mm thick commercial ply. S S steel handle shall be provided in drawer & Cup board Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge & as per sample available at site.

Manufacturing at site & placing of centre table of 1.20m x 0.61m x 0.46m. Legs: made of 0.05m x0.05m (round ornamental) 2nd class seasoned and chemically treated teak wood section duly polished in melamine. Frame : made out 0.05m x 0.04m teak wood section and top frame 0.08m x 0.04m i/c necessary inbuilt moulding all around out side & rebate for resting of 10 mm thick plain / coloured toughened glass of size 1.08m x 0.48m i/c beveled edge. All teak wood surface shall be finished with high class melamine polish (matt/glossy) polish in walnut or as required shade on all faces of wood complete as per approved sample at site and direction of Engineer-in-charge. All wood shall be second class seasoned and chemically treated teak wood complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The items shall be manufactured at site. Primer and polish will be done after approval of Engineer-in-Charge and as per requirement of Hon'ble Member of Parliament. All teak wood surface shall be finished with high class melamine polish (matt/glossy) polish in walnut or as required shade on all faces of wood complete as per approved sample at site and direction of Engineer-in-charge. All wood shall be second class seasoned and chemically treated teak wood. The items shall be manufactured at site. Primer and polish will be done after approval of Engineer-in-Charge and as per requirement of Hon'ble Member of Parliament. The top frame shall be made up of teak wood section 0.08m x 0.04m i/c necessary inbuilt moulding all around out side & rebate for resting of 10mm thick plain coloured toughened glass of size 2.00m x 0.93m i/c beveled edges in all sides. All teak wood surface shall be finished with high class melamine polish (matt/glossy) polish in walnut or as required shade on all wood faces complete as per approved sample at site and direction of Engineer-in-charge. All wood shall be 2nd class seasoned and chemically treated teak wood. The items shall be manufactured at site.
