(ii) Item from Srl No. 3 to of this document shall be Annexure-1(AA) to 1(AC) (Miscellaneous Items of Works) of BOQ (iii) Probable distribution of various Items of Internal/External Services (E/M & B/R) is indicated on site plan/line plan / relevant Drawings and mentioned in Scope of Work are tentative. Bidder will work out his own details/schedule for various services and cost as per BIDDERS’s OWN DETAILS OF ANNEXURES shall be accounted for in his quoted lump sum. These may be varied as per site requirement, where necessary, at the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge. The effect of such changes/variations in quantities due to realignment or re- siting AFTER APPROVAL OF CONTRACTOR’s FINAL DETAILS OF ANNEXURES shall be duly accounted for in working out the deviation as applicable. (iv) This tender being on EPC mode is not estimated by MES and the estimated rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only.

ANNEXURE-1(AC) (Comprehensive Maintenance of Lifts After Defect Liability Period )

Comprehensive Maintenance of electrically operated lifts (Cap 20 passenger, 1360 kg, 02 Nos. Lifts), lift in reliable, safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) of Lift for 1st year after completion of Milstone-III after defect liability period by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for G + 3 building with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Notes: 1. Comprehensive maintenance shall be done through respective OEM of lifts as installed at BB Cantt. 2. The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per Performa from respective OEM of lifts for comprehensive maintenance (AMC) as installed at BB Cantt prior to 15 days from date of issue of completion of Milestone-III, failing which the penality of Rs. 50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) will be recovered from the Contractors dues and further action will be taken as deemed fit as per policy in vogue on contractor’s default. 3. The contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the AMC agreement along with Tax invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge and GE before commencement of work. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement 4. The above maintenance include complete maintenance of lift by regularly and systematically examining and adjusting as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipments. 5. The contract include the repair, replacement of machine, motors, generators, door ropes, inverter/ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push buttons, coils, door operator, VVVF main drive, car Dorr, safety device, limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor.
