Water supply scheme Dooniwari Repairs to be carried out on 30KVA voltage stabilizer involve (i) Disconnecting from power networks, dragging of 30 KVA Voltage stablizer up to loading site, loading, and carriage in a load carrier and unloading at workshop , opening/Dismantling, lifting the core assembly from the oil bath and then removing damaged bush rods, Bakelite plate, voltage Regulator , Toil etc . (ii) Fabricating, P/F of winding coils out of appropriate gauged standard quality copper wire as per sample to one number leg after dismantling of damaged / burnt coils including Providing and fitting of latheride sheet, cotton tape etc. Applying good quality insulating varnish in sufficient quantity to new as well as to other Coils, drying these coils by suitable means and then refitting the coils in the core with the all workmanship. The scrap cost has been deducted. (iii) Providing and fitting of hand operated Bakelite plate type 8”X8” heavy duty voltage Regulator having suitable copper Contacts recessed in Bakelite plate having 06 Boosting steps. (iv) Providing/fitting of voltmeters 02 Nos 0-500V range square dial, industrial grade flush pattern including necessary wiring and phase indication lamps, (v) Filtration & heat treatment of Insulating media (T-Oil) for removal of carbonization & moisture content. (vi) Providing / filling of Insulating media (Toil) of 11 KVA grade with dielectric strength of 5 KV at 4mm air gap for topping up - 15 litres. i. Assembling of components/equipment in container including filling of filtrated T-oil, carriage in a load carrier up to site of installation, connecting with electric circuit and successful testing on load i.e., working conditions. The rate includes rebate on old scrap to be retained by the contracting agency .
