Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving any thickness below or above ground level un re-inforced, including roof, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3Kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof, floor with water proofing compound by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content, priming @ 0.8 Kg per Sqm of finished concrete surface complete and evenly applying a coat of cold bituminous at 1 Kg per Sqm and applying seating cloth over cold bituminous , finaly paving bitumen of any penetration at 1.5Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for PCC M40 grade ready mix concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40Kg/Square centimetre in field using 500kg of cement per cubic metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated, demolised material & debris exc. 1.50 Km but n exc 15 Km and depositing where complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old Size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour as fixed in repair for Stainless steel decorative railings, staircase (design and pattern as approved) made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc. of grade 316 complete with and including necessary welding, buffing/ polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Design for stairs/ladders or any others will be as approved by GE.

Material & labour as fixed in repair for Stainless steel decorative railings chains alloy grade 316 having 8mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. complete with and including necessary welding, buffing/ polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing MS plate over as open drain covers including handle, nut bolt etc in each plate etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles/ Interlocking paver blocks of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish off the premises (outside MD land) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block and shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M40 grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over stone dust or sand base and compacted using vibrator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block and shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over stone dust or sand base and compacted using vibrator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent aroung edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete/stone surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equivalent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated surface of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour rendering 20 mm thick ready mix plaster as on fair faces of brick/stone work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing expanded metal, weight nexc 4.00 Kg per sqm bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for new or previously untreated surfaces of any description & applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of over one coat of primer on wall/roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
