M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100 microne HMHDPE outer flim 20 micron each having thickness 3 mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:-

(a) 1st coat applying bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated

(b) 2nd coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm

(c) 3rd course ie. laying of APP Based modified membrane described herein before with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction, all joints and changes in all direction should be covered covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.

(d) Forth course of bounding materialusing blown grade bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg Per Sqm and over spread course sand for making roughening the surface to receive the next layer treatment.

(e) Applying one coat of bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg Per Sqm over APP membrane.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement Corrugated or Semicorrugate in Roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted 0.50mm thick Gavalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated / trapezoidal steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. S&F pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in ridge of roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC not exc15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection and path laid in panels, not more than 3.0 mtr in length, laid to slope 1:30 incl forming joints 10mm wide and duly filled with mastic bitumen (01 part bitumen mixed with 03 parts of sand) surface, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of material against form work and joint fillings.
