Dismantling & Lifting the Submersible Pumping Set of capacity 20 HP Motor with pump from deep Tube well/Shallow well/Jackwell/Openwell complete with column pipe and other accessoriies of any size upto any depth by using chain pulley and allied T&P as required and seperate the Pump-Motor set to check the serviceability of Motor and Pump separately and complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Lifting of pump set will be carried out by experienced mechanic, any damage of pump-motor set during lifting from well will be paid by Contractor)

M & L for dismantling of Submersible pumping set and tranportation the Motor 3 phase 50 Hz 415 Volts AC of capacity 20 HP to workshop within Siliguri area and cutting the burn out winding and cleaning thoroughly by using by wire brush and chemical and complete rewinding with the same size and guage of copper winding wire and the copper conductor is wrapped with thin Polyester film & Biaxial oriented Poly Propylene (BOPP) films and after complete winding, re-assembling the motor and including cleaning, scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & appling two coat of anti corrosive synthetic enamel paint (first class) over a coat of primer of motor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of parts / components such as bearing, bush etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A' as supply only.

M & L for Re-assembling & Lowering the Submersible Pumping Set coupled with 20 HP capacity Motor to deepTube well/Shallow well/Jackwell/Openwell complete with column pipe upto any depth and replacement of new gasket between two column pipe socket joint by using chain pulley and allied T&P and making all electrical connection, joinmting of submersible cable with water proof tape properly including all necessary testing complete on full load to the entire satisfaction of GE. (Note:- Lowering of the pump set will be carried out by experienced mechanic, Any damage of pump-motor set during lifting from well will be paid by Contractor)

Material and labour for repair/overhauling of 100 HP induction motor of centrifugal pumping-set (MAKE - Kirloskar /Crompton/KSB etc) 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical cable, earthing connection and pipe line/pump connection and transportation to workshop and dismantling the motor and rewinding the same with existing guage super enamelled copper wire, heating, varnishing the same properly in heat chamber, re-assembling the motor after replacement of DE/NDE bearing, terminal joints, all rusted nuts, bolts and washers, complete cleaning the outer body of motor and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint after successfully repairs and refixing/re-installation the same to the existing/New position including all necessary testing complete on full load to the entire satisfaction of GE.

Note for Srl item No. 19.00 :- (i) The rate quoted deemed to inclusive of cost of dismantling the motor and taken to work shop and carry out all repairs and bring back to original site refix in original position testing and commissioning complete. (ii) All the spare parts required for carrying out the repair/overhauling shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under item of this BoQ. (iii) All items such as cleaning agent, Cotton Waste, grease, washer, metalling and minor nut bolts etc are required for carrying out the repair of the motor will be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for spray painting in existing steel surface of LT Panel/Pump panel etc with two coats of synthetic enamel including one coat red oxide in rusted area after proper cleaning and prepration of old painted surfaces steel / Iron of any description with spray machine complete all as specified and directed.
