Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level and removed from MD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 5 here in before but except bricks Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from srl item No.1 shall be re-used in srl item No. 6 after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection and courtyard, finished cement surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-2,1:2:4 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path laid in alternate panels finished with broom finished w/o using extra cement, laid in alternate bays all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L machine cut broken stone of gauge not exc 63mm as in hard core n exc 150mm thick sprdded and levelled including watering & ramming all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces face finished fair & even w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Water proofing compound to be paid and measured separetely)

M&L 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling etc surfaces in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of WALLS and applying two coat of exterior weather cement base paint over a coat of approved primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of ceilling and applying THREE COATS of WHITE WASHING, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing New Plastered Surfaces of WALLS and applying TWO COATS of DISTEMPER OIL EMULSION (OIL BOUND WASHABLE DISTEMPER) over a Coat of CHALK WHITING, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses, pillars and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for MS framed work such as grills, gratings,postof angle iron etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for glazed ceramic colour designer concept glassed ceramic tiles in patches matching with existing tile 200x300x7mm or 450x350x 7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mirror finished vitrified tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles in patches matching with existing tile 7 to 8mm thick (squar / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar in (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 18mm thickness prelaminatd particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 15 cm wide completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1 1:2:4 (using for 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, bends, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down wooden cub board frame with shutter/kitchen cabinet frame with shutter, partition all as specified and making good dismentled portion with PCC 1:2:4 or plaster in CM 1:4 including painting match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC kitchen & Cub bourd cabinet of required size is fabricated using 18mm thick PVC plain celuka ply fixed with SS screws and solvent cement/ adhesive to make kitchen cabinet complete as per manufacturer’s specificationscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC kitchen & Cub bourd Flush Type Shutter consisting of 18mm thick prelaminated celluca ply 18mm thick cut in desired size of shutter and fixed with frame of accessory at all four edges of shutter using 13/6 size self tapping steel screws including D-type handles, piano hinges & Magnetic catchers stainless steel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made PVC Shelf/Portion of required size consisting of 18mm thick plain celuka PVC ply rod for supporting the hold of shelf/partion and shall provided & edges in size 18mm as per required langth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for factory made PVC drawer of require size constructed by joining four 125mm (height) x 12mm PVC sheet of 12mm thick at the bottom bonded with using screw etc including all necessary fittings and fixtures,channel for sliding as per manufactures spacification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for stainless steel baskets of size 450x600x125mm or as per site requirement for modular kitchen cabinet including channel set for sliding to basket as in required size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- The amount of Rs 100240/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 136 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
