Taking out / down old existing LT cables, any size aluminium conductor, including PCC cover for protection, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR/AAC conductor or GI wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unservicable stay assembly complete including concrete, excavation etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservicable insulator of any size and capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unservicable cross arms of MS channel or angle section, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling house service bracket any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 120Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Pre dispatch inspection of the cable to verify the correctness of specification & genuineness of cable will be carried out by the rep of accepting officer in the factory premises of the manufacturer.

All as per serial Item No. 7.00 here-in-before but cross sectional area 95Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum.

Material and labour dismantling / preparation and reconnection of old existing LT UG or over head Line upto 9 mtr height, cable by making new cable connection end and cutting out of old burnt/unserviceable LT cable end 1100V grade of any size any core connected with overhead LT line MCCB or Distribution board, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Laying only old serviceable unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed. Note : old servicable pre cast concrete cable cover obtained from Srl item No. 1.00 here-in-before shall be reused.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 80mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/ road/ pavement including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note (s) : (i) MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc where required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Excavation and earthwork where required, shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing, connecting and commissioning of LT panel, factory made (CPRI approved), outdoor type (kiosk), floor mounted, compartment type, dust and vermin proof (IP-55 protection) suitable for 415volts grade, 3phase, 4wire 50Hz AC supply with 200Amp copper bus bar TPN, colour coded & sleeved, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet mounted on 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron frame and welded to 75cm long 50mmx50mmx6mm size angle iron legs (04 Nos), front & rear openable, with front hinged double door inclusive locking arrangement with provision of all incoming/outgoing cable entries alongwith suitable size double compression type cable glands and adopter boxes for incoming and outgoing cable & spray painting with two coats of first quality super enameled grey paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, including anti-corrosive treatment (7 tank), legs grouted in floor in PCC (1:2:4) bed block of size 30cmx30cmx45cm, complete all as specified and directed, comprising the following including taking down old unserviceable LT panel:- (a) MCCB 160Amp, 4pole, 415 Volt, 50Hz, AC, with rupturing capacity 35KA with adjustable thermal release- 01 No.

Supply and fix thermo plastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 200x160x98 mm fixed on pole/wall with MS clamps/MS Flat iron (as per site requirement) of size 25x4 mm, nuts, bolts,washers and glands, including 4 pole terminal and one No MCB SP 6 Amp and taking down old unserviceable boxes all as specified and directed. Make: Hensel Cat part No,. K-8250 or equivalant in makes given in Appendix 'B'.

Supply and fix, LED street light luminaries 45 Watt, minimum 6000 system lumens comprising pressure die cast aluminium housing with pre-wired gear tray with LEDs and driver, heat resistant flat glass suitably gasketed for IP 66 protection colour temperature 5700K to 6500K, CRI>70 complete with all accessories pre-wired, high performance with street optic lens for unform light distribution, fixed on existing security light pole with and including necessary reducer/nut/bolt/drilling hole in pipe as per site requirement and making connections with and including suitable size (not less than 2.5 Sqmm) PVC copper wire, complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable street light fitting all as specified and directed.Make: WIPRO Cat Part No.LR02-501-XXX-57-XX or equivalant in the makes given in Appendix 'B' Note(s): (i) LM 79 certificate and LM 80 report of fixture and LED chip shall be produced by the contractor with useful life of 50000Hrs. (ii) PF of luminaries shall be more than 0.9. (iii) System efficiency shall not be less than 100 lumen/ watt. (iv) Driver: Isolated type with constant voltage and constant current, BIS certified and THD 0.9. (v) Test certificate for photometry, electrical and electronic parameters from NABL approved 3rd party laboratory shall be produced by the contractor. (vi) Make or logo of manufacturer should be embossed on the fixture or as per manufacturer's policy.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 97,870.00 to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
