Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class "B" brick (old size) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 to any radius complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 completed all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or RCC roofs/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick works in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately)

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and apply two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Complete Removal of existing treatment including preparation of old treated surface and applying Two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 2 mm thick wall care putty including preparation all as specified and directed.
