Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Finishing walls with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to given an even shade (two or more coats) including priming coat of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing wall paper imported (digital type) including fixing with special adhesive etc complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) including applying priming coat of approved brand and manufacture on wood work.

Demolishing brick work manually /by mechanical means, including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 mts lead (cracked & damaged). (In cement mortar). including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75-A in super structure up to floor V-level In cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand). Including curing and all carriages and cost of material involved.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half Brick wall of mix: 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clesrestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Silver wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or paneling and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled MS butt hinges with necessary screws including paneling and glazing all complete as per the directions of EIC 35mm thick (Imported kail wood).

P/ fixing GVT Digital Nano finished wall tiles of 600x600mm sizes 8mm thick with V grove filling with epoxy chemical of approved make somany or equivalent make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. including all carriages and costs of material involved

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan ( Indian type W.C. Pan ) with 100 mm sand cast iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level P.V.C flushing cistern ( of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings C.I/M.S. rackets, 32 mm diameter flush pipe with fittings and clamps, over flow arrangement with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. Orissa pattern white vitreous china W.C pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing of white vitreous china W C (English one piece) with P or S trap including 10 ltr low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device including stainless steel bend 32mm dia bend and carriages and cost of material involved.
