First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface.

Wrought iron & Mild steel ladders, framed grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars riveted or molded forged framed window guards, barred iron doors stair case iron railing etc. including cost of bolts and nuts, screws, welding rod complete fixing in position

Iron grated doors, including pintle hinges & arrangements

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade machine made rubber moulded smooth finish with strong vibratory process or with vibro-hydraulic compression machine and of approved size and design/shape laid in ordinary grey and pattern over and including 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with find sand etc. All complete as per direction of engineer incharge IS code 15658 (2006) for non traffic areas and street having width less than 3.05mtr.

Supply and installation of garden bench Rectangular garden bench with h-shaped sides made of reinforced concrete (M30), thickness 100 mm, back height 750 mm, base width 450 mm. Back and seat shall consist of rectangular reinforced concrete planks 1500 mm x 350 mm x 50 mm. Seating height of the bench shall be 450 mm. The bench shall be fixed with nuts on concrete mount, all holes sealed after assembly and installation.

GI PIPE POLES: Supply and erection of G.I. pipe ‘A’ quality of suitable length and dia. confirming to IS:1239 (Part-I) 1979, including fixing up to a given depth below G/L, the hole of excavation about 30cm dia. and given depth to be filled in up to 15cm below G/L with 1:2:4 cement concrete including painting of pole with two coats of approved aluminium paint as required:- (ii) G.I. Pipe Pole 6.1 metre Long, Dia. 80mm, Planting Depth 120cm with Pit Depth 135cm.

SINGLE ARM BRACKETS FOR GI PIPE POLE: (i) Supply and erection of G.I. Pipe 40mm dia. (A-class) Single arm bracket of suitable length give a total overhang at a tentative angle of 100/105º, the bracket should be fixed on the top of the GI pipe pole having top outer dia. 80mm/100mm with GI reducer of suitable size with two coats of an approved aluminium paint complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer-in-charge at site:- (a) Single Arm Bracket 1 metre Long with G.I. Reducer 80mm x 40mm

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shade on newly plastered or concrete exterior surface.

Providing and laying factory made rubber moulded smooth finish cement concrete Kerb M-20 grade 250mm high with bottom width 165mm and top width 115mm made over strong vibratory table and fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per MORT&H specifications.
