Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height , complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply & fixing of bus-bar support fixing on post insulators 50 mm OD.

Supply and providing of GOAB switch 400Amp.,11 KV grade of standard make & heavy duty.

Fitting and fixing GOAB switch as per instruction of E/I (10% of 22000)

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required

Supply and providing of 38 mm outer dia 4mm alummniam bus bar of 11 kv grade thickness .

Labour cost for fixing commssioing of bus bar.

Supply & fixing aluminum “T” joint of standard make of 11 kv grade.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, Cl. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. 2 feeder 6 wire x 100= 600 x 0.394 = 236.4 kg.

Transportation of pole .

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm X 600 mm X 3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and providing 25 mm X 6 mm G.I. strip(1.0kg/mtr)
