Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminum lugs including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but Size 35 Sqmm X 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, or for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.50m but n.exc 3.0 m in depth for foundation or shafts, wells cesspit, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub-Class B Brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair steel tubes, galvanized, light grade, ISI marked 80mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall completed all as specified and directed.

Cutting bituminous road/path for passing of elect cable through GI pipes and making good to the cut surfaces by concreting with PCC 1:3:6 to match with the adjacent surfaces completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and stringing in repair ACSR conductor of any size for LT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire completed all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 17 here-in-before but GI wire 4 mm dia completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs mild steel galvanized stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 1800 mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length including loop type insulator of vitreous porcelain, small size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 1991 complete all as directed.

M & L in repairs for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of of aluminum paints over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-22 (8.5 meter long) including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 32x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts ,nuts,checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including exc , and earth work in any type of soil disposal of soil providing alternate layers of charcoal and common salt construction of PCC earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement. Note : Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid separately. Taking down old unserviceable dilapidated chemical earthing are included in quoted rate.

M&L in repair for Air break Switch triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Air break Switch triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/ three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity 630 to 1250 Amps, 415 V 50 HZ, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance:- (a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution. (b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual. (c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the worn-out parts. (d) Check arching for damage . (e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces . Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual. (f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. (g) Checking control device free for operation. (h) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional Note:- (i) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts/bolts/washers/ pins etc. (ii) Major spares like Shunt release & trip coil etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items shall be of OEM makes.

M & L for maintenance free chemical earthing system complete with 03 (three) nos copper bonded rods, 17.2 mm dia 3000 mm long electrode buried at suitable distance apart directly in ground, to bore holes of 120 mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.60 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 100 mm below normal ground level, provision of clamps or brazed or both for each copper bonded rods made of copper and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm & strip connection on the top of the electrode and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm for inter connection of 03 nos copper bonded rods and laying at least 500 mm below in the ground and further connected to test point terminal block (copper strip and test terminal block shall be measured separately), including back filling of bore holes with advanced earth enhancing compound 96 kilogram (minimum) for artificial treatment to soil so as to achieve earth resistance below 01 Ohms as specified in para 19.140 of SSR Part-1 (2009), including provision of earthing pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover RCC slab of size 400 x 400 x 50 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, including necessary earth work and three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed surfaces) and testing complete all as directed and including necessary earth work and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Taking down old unserviceable dilapidated chemical earthing are included in quoted rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level copper earth lead strip 20 x 3mm size by mean of nut/bolt and washer of copper as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including exc & earth work in any type of soil, disposal of soil, providing alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, construction of pcc earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- (i) Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Taking down old unserviceable dilapidated chemical earthing are included in quoted rate.

S & F in repairs wall mounted first aid box with required medical accessories for first aid complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S & F in repairs Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs mild steel plates covers of any thickness for cable trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Anti-climbing device spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair digital voltmeter, ranging from 0 to 500 Volts, including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair digital ammeter, ranging from 0 to 400 Amps (with CT of suitable ratio), including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Indicator Lamps (LED type) including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting of LT/HT poles tubular type 9 to 11 mtr long in two coats of aluminum paint and one coat of red oxide as primer including writing of pole nos all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour, painting of two pole structure consisting of 11m long steel poles including cross arms, clamps of any length and shape, for HT over head line, with two coats of aluminum paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20cm dia circle and marking bottom of pole to 1.5m height, complete all as specified and directed.
