Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR [SINGLE LEAF] with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x6mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Supply & fixing of WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Frame extruded with size 75mm x 50mm. The single core door made of rigid WPC compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. For the aesthetic appearance, the door shall be a printed digitally on one side of the shutter and the design is as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the WPC frame with 3 Nos of 5” SS Hinges and the door shall have 2 towerbolt on one side and 1 towerbolt or aldrop on other side for locking system and 2 numbers of handle on the either side of the door shutter, all made of aluminium.
Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS.(Sliding door)
Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand Rails for Staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100x100x6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality of 110mm dia PVC RAIN WATER DOWN FALL PIPES having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of 315A capacity dust and vermin proof cubical Vertical type panel board made up of 16SWG CRCA sheet with supply and fixing of the following interior mounting switches with HRC fuse link arranged Horizontally with horizontal bus bar chamber and left and top side cable chamber.
1) 315A Four Pole switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break (I/C)-2Nos with interlocking arrangements. 2) 63 TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break (O/G) - 7 Nos 3) 250A TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break (O/G) -2Nos. 1. Mounting / Fitting indooor and outdoor units at their respective location. 2. Laying refrigent pipe line of 6 Mtrs distance both units after drilling hole/ holes in the wall if required thickness of the copper tubing shall not be less than 0.7 mm 3. Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Testing and commissioning of indoor dust and vermin proof four compartment CT Metering panel made up of 16SWG CRCA sheet of size 48" x 48" x 18" with necessary stiffner and provided with following arrangements. 1. Front open door for each compartment provided with sealed locking arrangement. 2. 6mm thick hylam sheet in metering compartment for fixing 3phase 415V 4wire 50Hz Digital Energy meter provided by TANGEDCO. 3. 3Nos 1.5" x 1/4" and 1" x 1/4" Copper bus bar on suitable bus support with 3Nos 315/5A CTs in bus bar compartment. 4. 3Nos 315A fuse unit & 1no 250A neutral link on 6mm thick hylam sheet in fuse comparment. 5. Supply, Erection, testing, commissioning and handing over of 1No, 125KVA diesel generator set 0.8 pf, 3phase, 415Volts, 50c/s, 1500 RPM complete in all respects as detailed below :
A.Engine: Water cooled diesel engine suitable for generator application with a shaft out put of 155BHP suitable at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions as per BS 5514-ISO 10000. The engine shall comprise the following standard scope of supply: 1) Dry type Air cleaner. 2).Expansion bellow. 3)Radiator, radiator fan and mounting 4)Air to air charge cooler, 5)Exhaust gas turbo charger 6)Lube oil cooler and lube oil filter 7)Fuel filter (pre and micro).
8)In-line mono-block fuel injection pump with governor and fuel feed pump 9)Electronic governor 10)12V / 24V battery charging alternator 11)12V / 24V Volt electric starter motor 12)Engine test certificate 13)Residential Mufler 14)Fly wheel with starter ring. Engine instrument panel/mounted Engine control panel consisting of ON/OFF/START/KEY, lube oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, high water temperature gauge and electronic hour meter and RPM indicator.
Safety system of Engine: The engine shall trip for the following conditions with Visual alarm device. 1) Low lubricating oil pressure. 2) High water temperature. 3) Vee - belt failure and over speed. 4) Low battery indication The Engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous running at full load.
B. ALTERNATOR Alternator capacity of 125KVA, AC 3phase, 50HZ, 415Volts, 0.8P.F, 4 wire self exited, self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions conforming to BS 5000/IS 13364 (part-II) 1992 to be coupled directly to the Diesel engine and test certificate. C) STANDARD CONTROL PANEL: The control panel (cubical) should be vermin and dust proof and fabricated with 16 SWG CRCA sheet metal and floor mounted with suitable hinged doors, enamel painted & incorporating the following.
1Set of pilot lamps and push button switch for ON and OFF operation. 1Set Input terminal board 1Set Output terminal board 1NO MCB of suitable capacity with magnetic terminal over load release instantaneous short circuit trip under voltage release. 1 Set of HRC fuses for back up protection. 1Set of fuses for the meters 1No. power factor meter
Notes: This will be in addition to the battery charging alternator fitted to the Engine. 1Set of audio and visual indications arrangement for: i)Low Lubrication oil presure ii)Over Speed iii)High water temperature 1no Isolator to isolate the nautral 1no "set on" indicating lamp and 1no "load on" indicating lamp 1no Earth fault relay Note:the engine shall trip for the following conditions 1)Low lubrication oil pressure 2) Over speed 3)High water temperature
4) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC machine to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1mm powder coating done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and door shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT 64kg/m density mineral wool of 100mm thickness as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy.
The maximum permissible sound pressure level should be as per the norms prescribed by the Central Pollution Control Board / State Pollution Control Board / Competent Authority concerned or should be less than 75 db(A) at 1 meter from the enclosure surface whichever is advantageous to the department. The emergency stop should be available on the enclosure panel. The enclosure provided shall be duly approved by the Engine Manufacturer of the Engine provided for Diesel Generator Set mounted inside and should be to the satisfaction of inspection / testing authority concerned.
SURFACE TREATMENT – PAINTING The enclosure shall be suitably treated for degreasing, de-rusting and phosphating. The canopies are passed through seven-tank treatment thoroughly. ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF CANOPIES Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any.
WORLD CLASS COOLING PACKAGE: Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can perform at 45 deg C / ambient temperature. No grounding required on the ground, only a level surface capable of withstanding the DG weight. Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set. The Genset frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading. Temperature rise inside the canopy: Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well within 5-7 deg centigrade.
5) Base Frame Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brushless alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of Genset includes loading, unloading and transportation charges. 6) Fuel Tank Removable Fuel tank of atleast 360 Ltrs capacity shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance. First charging of fuel oil to full capacity and first charging of battery while handing over to department.
7) Battery 2Nos. 12V 180 AH battery 8)Providing fuel oil to run the set for 8 hours on load testing and commissioning using water rheostat or suitable loading element. 9)Supply of tools like:15" cutting plier- 1NoSerew driver 9" & 6" - 2 Nos DE spanners ( 6 Nos) - 1setAdjustable spanner - 1No 1/2 lb Hammer - 1 No Spanner for removing engine oil plug - 1 No Line tester - 1 No for the maintenance and operation of Generator set. (Make : Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Ashok Leyland/ Greaves/ Equivalent)
ERECTION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING: Providing suitable concrete foundation with cement concrete 1:2:4 with a minimum height of 3ft from the floor level with sand cushion all around the foundation for erection of 125KVA Diesel Generator set.
