Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

100 mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class/ standard thickness as per medium class) (8 meter for Each pole)

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Erection of metallic pole of Above 8.0 metre and up to 10.0 metre in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and embedding 32 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Providing and connections of cables in SMV/SMC Boxes for street lights for connection points. Make:-Sintex/ DJB Approved

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Aluminium conduct or Armoured cable for working voltage up to 1.1 KV conforming to IS 7098/1988 of following sizes 4C x 16 sq. mm Make: - Gloster/Grandlay/ICL/CCI/ UNIVERSAL.

40 mm dia. ISI marked, PVC conduit (the cable will be laying inside the this pipe)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of up-to 35 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supply of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having TOP Opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. (Havells / Orient / Bajaj / Phillips / CG & other Reputed OEM Make.)

P/F 200 amps. TPN, rising mains in metal enclosure with aluminium bus-bar including fixing clamp

P?F 6 amps. to 32 amps. ratings , SP MCB, “C” curve, 10 KA breaking capacity

Fixing of LED street light on pole complete with wiring

Fixing of MCB and connection with wire, thimble, ferrul etc.
