Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4 cm. size clean hard black crusher broken grinite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Cement concrete (1:2:4 ) using 12 mm. size hard cusher broken grinite chips of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation and plinth including hoisting , lowering , laying in layers not exceeding 0.15mt. in thick , compacting , water curing with all cost, carriage, royalty, all taxes, labour & T. & P. etc. complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C.

Reinforced Cement concrete (M-25) with 12mm size broken hard granite chips for R.C.C works including hoisting and lying with all conveyance, royality, taxes and all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge. 20mm thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) roof slab after chiping and chiselling the same and cleanijng the surface by wire brush laid to proper slope finished smooth to receive tarfelt treatment including watering and curring with all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete as per specification & direction of E.I.C.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:4) with neat cement punning including watering ,curring with cost of all materials ,carriage, royalty,all taxes, labour and T&P and scafolding as required etc. complete, as per specification and direction of E.I.C.

Suuplying providing ,fitting and fixing of M. S. Door and Window shutter and grills with frames and all other fittings including cost and conveyance , taxes, royalties of all materials , with all labour T&P etc. complete required for the work in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 151-154, 151-155, as windows frame section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bending including lucking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fitting and fixing vetrified floor tiles in floor 600mmx600mm printed/coloured of approved make conforming to IS 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4)and filling joints with white cement of approved quality with cost conveyance, royalty, complete

Fixing tiles in dados skirting, risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles. including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying ,fitting & Fixing Chequred tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete with all cost ,conveyance including scaffolding tax,T&P,labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Priming one coat over wall surface with approved primer to give an even shade including cost of primer,labour & materials etc. complete with all cost ,conveyance including scaffolding tax,T&P,labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete

Wall Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade including cost of plastic paint for old works with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing weather coat paint of approve shade two coat to give an even shade incliding cost of paints with all cost ,conveyance including scaffolding tax,T&P,labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm at the rate 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Factory made GIRID FRP or called GRP sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick laminated with two GRP skin with good grain finish fabricated using UV stabilised isoppthalic gel coat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass chopped strand mat (CSM) impregnated with ortopathilic resin The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.50mm . Expanded polysryne ( EPS) structural foam panel of 29 mm tickness and a density of 20kg/cu.mts shall be used as core material wooden reinforcements made of sesasoned sal wood block of cross section not less than 28mm x 32mm and also necessary sal wood reinforcements for fitting the metal fittings such as lower bolts ,aldrops, handles etc. shall be provided . A structural adhesive compatible with (EPS)foam shall be used for bending the core material. the sal wood reinforcements and the skin The material and process for manufactuing te door shutter shall conform to RV -TIFAC components design centre's standards and specification and the door shutters tested in conformation to IS 4020-1998. The Finish of door shutter will be plain colour as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge. etc. complete Supplying, fixing and fitting of M.S.Door and window shutters and grills with frames and all other fittings including all cost, conveyance and taxes etc.

Factory made FRP( Altematly called GRP) door frame of size 75mm x 100mm fabricated using E - glass chopped strand mat (CSM) U.V stabilised inopathalic Gel coat and impregnated with inopathalic resin The thickness of the GRP skins shall not be less then 2.0 mm . The door frame consists of four segments which are provided with plug in socket arrrangement in-situ-in mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of srew. The GRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement on six locations for high srew holding capacity for fixing metalic hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium density foam / plaster of paris with fibre reinforcement , six number of 260mm x 25mm x 5mm size 'S' shaped M.S flat hold fast shall be provided with the frame. The material and process for manufacturing the finish of door frame shall conform to RV-TIFAC composites Design centre's standards and specifications . The finish of door frame will be plain colour white /Ivory/Beige/Light grey / Golden brown / Mahogany/ Teak wood /sand stone Champagne/Pastel blue or any other colour using high quality pigment complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge. etc. complete
