Manning ang Operation for 22KV substation services to run the Electric supply installations in 3 shift per day wth 01 Electrician (Skilled) per shift at various location of INS shivaji Lonaval for the operated Electrical eqpt/ HT&LT pannels/VCB Panel/GOD/RMU/APFC panel/street light box with all type HT&LT supply line etc. including Sunday /Holidays.Operating the ,Electric supply pannels, street light pannels,APFC pannel, recording for voltage, Amp reading, availablity etc daily in Log sheet. and cleaning of installation daily also attend complaints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01)-shift -0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 02)-shift -1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs 03)-shift -2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive for the following items :- (a) Contractor shall provide two set of uniform, shoe with name plate, Etc (b)The log sheets will be maintained by the contractor in each installations contractor shall provide log book, Attendance register , plant running record book , and rate quotated by the contractor shall deeed to be included this quotated rate. (c) The site documents such as Log sheet, Attendance etc will be checked daily by JE, Weekly by Engineer in charge & Monthly by GE. (d) All installation and machinery equipement and other items belonging to the E&M installtion including safety shall be responseiblity of manpower employed by the contractor.(e) minor stores required shoulded be provided by the contractor.(f) Major stores required for rectification of complaints will be supplied by contractor as per schedule part- A items. (g) Break down or Shutdown fault creat by HT fault / LT fault on cable line or E&M installation,Fault will be resloved by contractor within 1-2 Hrs at day or Night in presence of E-in charge otherwise action will be taken agianst contractor by department and If contractorc is not given any response within one hors of any break down than department will be applied Rs 5000.00 charges every per hours after not rspons by the contraactor. (g) Contractor shall provide the all type of T & P,vehicle,ledder,grass cutting machine and saftey items such as electric proof shooes and hand gloves,body harnese/safety belt to electrician for attending & rectification the internal / external electric complaints. (h) The contracror will be responsible for up keep the installations in neat and tidy condition and in a presentable manner . The surrounding of the installations/2pole/4pole structure area with grass/tree cutting as routing basis will also be maintained neat and clean grasseegation. The qoted rates shall include the up keep of surrounding area the installation out side pherifery up to 06 mtr/ installations grass/ shurb cutting & plantation of seassonal flowers to an area of entire installations and in case the contractor fails to upkeep the the installations , he shall be liable to penalty @ Rs 500 per day for not up keep of the installations.(j) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/ Concerner state /Local body , which ever is higher also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employee towards Employees provident Fund (EPF), contribution towards Employees state Insurances corporation (ESIC), contribution of bonus and labour welfare cess (LWC) under respective headings/sub-items .

Excavatioin in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and taking out soft/loose soil for laying of cable /erection of pole/stay pit excavation.

All as per Sl item No 1 herein before but in hard/dence soil

M&L for crushed stone sand for cable cushoining laid in trenches for protection of cable

M&L for Returning and filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm

M&L for Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “HT CABLE” class HV type1 flat size 300x180x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Taking out under ground 22 KV (E) Grade HT cable of size 120 to 300 Sqmm from two or four pole/trenches/walls / ducts etc., for carrying out repairs , relaying, rerouting, laying back through same / different route after carrying out repair / issue unde schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable heave duty with aluminum conductor 22000 volts earthed grade 3 core cable cross sectional area 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix out door type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type for 22 KV (E) Grade HT cable of size 120 sqmm x 3 Core to 300 Sqmm x 3 Core and connecting the cable with the load and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Make- Denson, Raychem, M-Seal

Supply and fix indoor type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type for 22 KV (E) Grade HT cable of size 120 sqmm x 3 Core to 240 Sqmm x 3 Core and connecting the cable with the load and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

M&L for removing / dismantling existing burnt / defective 22 KV (E) Grade HT straight through joint and providing new straight through joint heat shrinkable type for 22 KV (E) Grade HT XLPE cables of size120 sqmm x 3 Core to 300 Sqmm x 3 Core Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

M & L for GI pipe/ tubes light grade of size 100 mm dia for UG cable protection with all fittings laid in trenches, on poles to crossing the roads/Nalah etc .

Cutting and filling bituminus road/Hard surface as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of HT UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

Repair/maintance of switch air break & DO switch , gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with 9 insulators of 22 KV rating upto 400 amps with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 amps 22 KV working pressure complete,below maition all work rate are deemed including this rate Note: 1) All rusted /non opreaded nut bolt replace 2) GOD opreaded handle to be welded as per requirment. 3) opreted rod as per requrment replace or to be welded. 4) conected acessories with AB & DO switch as per requiment repair/repalce. 5) all GOD acessories greaseing and alliment done as per requirment.6) Jumper/cable lux replace and refixing with copper lux and brass nut bolts as per site requirment.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom and provided 12 mm hole (staggered ) at 75 mm centre up to2.5 meter of length from bottom, burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm length alternate layer of chemical magnesium sulphaste ,charcoal and salt upto ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthinglead upto 7.5 mtrs by means of nut and bolt ,check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40 mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed incl dismentling existing unsserviciable earthing . Note :- Test report will be provided by the contractor after completion of earthing .

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in substation premises including cleaning of substation complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in Charge .

Supply and fix Voltage transformer of Ratio 22000/RT3/110/RT3V ,IS 3156-1992 with Frequency 50 Hz class B type Phase to earth complete all as specified and as directed. Model No-ECS22F.Make-URJA or equivalent to -Schnider /ABB

Supply and fix voltage transformer of Ratio 22000/RT3/110/RT3V ,IS 3156-1992 with Frequency 50 Hz class B type BIL 24/50/125 KV,Phase to earth 25KA/1 secondry complete all as specified and as directed. Model No-RCT11B05. Make-URJA or equivalent to -Schnider /ABB

Supply and fix Current transformer of Ratio 50-100-200/5-5A,IS 2705-1992 with Frequency 50 Hz class B type Phase to earth secondry-1 winding 110/3V, 50VA complete all as specified and as directed. Model No-ECS22F.Make-URJA or equivalent to -Schnider /ABB

M & L for dismantling 22 KV VCB Panel (06 nos) (01 I/C +04 OG with 01 independent panel) to carry out repairs and replacement of worn out spare parts including servicing/ testing/calibration of relays and taking out defective Part of 22 kv VCB 800/1250 Amp of any make type and servicing of VCB by cleaning isolating contacts, moving parts removing dust particles from busbar chamber spout, gear mechanism and moving parts, check and repairing spring charging motor with gear assembly, tighting of nut bolts of entire trolley components all as directed inserting in trolley also checking all mechanical and electrical parts with wiring if any problem rectify it ,after work test High voltage test of VCB pole by Vidar with standard as per specified a) Checking of Mechanically and electrically full operation b) Check and repair/replacement faulty part of VCB c) Full Breakproperly overhauling ,servicing with smooth opertation as Engineer direction d) Mechanism servicing and lubrication e) Control wiring repairing and tightness f) Power connection tightness g) Check vaccume interrupter by HVtest kit or Vidar test kit h) Check contact resistance measurement i) Check insulation resistance test j) High voltage testing of VCB k) Submission of test report in standard format of vacuum circuit breaker. L) Check coil resistance M) Remove moisture of front side of vcb and bus duct back side of vcb with heating all panel by hot air gun n) Busbar rapping by HV tape or HT Sleave Note : 1) All test certificate and defect list provide by contractor 2) If After repair/replace or maintance, any defecte creat in VCB panel than contrector resove defect without any cost till completion date done this work. (3) VCB panel service and any type fault done/resolved by only MSEDL or ABB Company authorised compny/Dealers and its authorised certificate provide by contractors.

M & L for Calibration presses and injector test carried out of 06 VCB panel's all current transformer & potential transformer including of primary/secondary injection by using testing transformer monitored withstanding capacity of CT& PT all as specification as directed a) Cleaning and checking CT primary terminals and remove moisture and connection tightness Primary and secondary b) Checking primary ratio ,polarity,CT knee point Volt.burden check,% error ,winding restance. c) Insulation resistance test with all core D) Relay tripping throw CT primary injection test e)Check control wiring of on relay and meter with tightness f) Power and control connection tightness g) repairing faulty wiring h) Submission of test report in standard format of vacuum circuit breaker. i) Rectify CT proper connection Protection and metering core Note : 1) All test certificate and defect list provide by contractor 2) If After repair/replace or maintance, any defecte creat in VCB panel than contrector resove defect without any cost till completion date done this work.

Supply and fixing in Replacement Indicating lamps R,Y,B of 22 KV VCB Panel (make:ABB) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Replacement Ammeter for HT of 22 KV VCB Panel (Make :ABB) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Replacement spring charge motor of 22 KV VCB Panel(MAKE:ABB) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Replacement closing coil of 22 KV VCB Panel (Make:ABB) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Replacement Triping coil of 22 KV VCB Panel (Make:ABB) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Replacement Tulip contacts (14 Fingers) of 22 KV VCB Panel (Make:ABB) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Bus Bar tape of 22 KV VCB Panel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Digital. Ammeter (1 phase) make-elmeasure 1/5A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Digital Ammeter ( 3 phase) make-elmeasure 1/5A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Digital Multifunction meter with Current/voltage complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Power Pack- SMPS base with battery backup Input V-230v AC, Output- 24v Dc.

S &F Space Heater-230vAc,200w as per direction of E-in -charge

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

M& L for shiffting and trasporting of Transformer for existing place to required site by crainincldin disconecion from H2KV HT side cable/jumpers also LT side cable as per direction of E-in-charge Note:- 1)Transfermer Electric conection disconect and after shifting reconection rate demeed including this rate. 2) contractor should be respond within one hours from contacted phonically.3) contractor should complete work with in 8 hrs from intimation by JE/Engr-in-charge failing which contractor will penelty of Rs 5000/- per Hrs is applicable.

M&L for Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil through filteration and dehydration machine by means of continuous circulation of transformer oil through filteration and dehydration machine till dielectric strength of the oil is achieved up to 50 KV for one minute at 4 mm gap and oil is completely filtered. Note: 1) Due to Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil required elecric supply(Such as DG set) arrangement by contractor & its rate deemed to including this rate. 2)Oil samples are to collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be submitted for each sample before and after filteration.

Supply and topping up /replacement of new transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV at 4mm gap in transformers conforming to IS - 335 / 1983 of various cap installed in various locations . Make of Transformer oil: Power Oil / Indian Oil / Apar Note : New Transformer oil in the transformer will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test cert.

M&L for disconnection of electric supply, dismantling the top cover, carefully, taking out old gasket and replacement of the same with and including new cork sheet, cleaning of the conservator tank, breather assembly, replacement of silica gel, oil level looking glass, bushings, gasket, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including connecting up complete for Tranformers 22 / 0.433 kV of different capacities all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective item except 6 mm thick tope cover cork sheet gasket.

M&L for Scrubing of old rusted paint from transformer and preparation of surfaces for fresh painting. Painting of transformer by means of spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour of transformer up cap 25 KVA to 315 KVA and writing SM NO/MES NO of the transformer.

All as per item No 40 above but of cap 350 KVA to 1MVA

M&L testing of transformer at site, checking for oil leakages, sealing of the leakages in the main tank / conservator / radiator fins by means of application of sealent or welding / brazing as applicable and directed by engineer-in-Charge at site Note: Spares required to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fixing Silica gel breather assembly including nipple of suitable size

M&L for Scrubing of existing rusted surface of poles 11 mtr long and prepration and painting of surfaces with one coat of red oxide and two coat aliminium paint fine finishing includign cross arms bracing , clamps and supports complete all as specified and as directed.

The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified
