Operation and maintenance of all E & M installations of 33/11/0.433KV Outdoor & Indoor sub-stations along with all equipments and installations i.e, HT & LT Panels, HT Transformers, AVRs etc, Terminal building, Car parking area, Approach & exit roads, MT workshop, Cargo Terminals and other ancillary buildings by engaging the manpower for carrying out preventive maintenance, attending breakdown maintenance/ complaints/ faults and taking rectification action to ensure the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records/ documentation/ store/dismantled materials etc., at round the clock basis on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per the detailed terms of special conditions, schedule of maintenance and specifications etc. complete as required

Annual Inspection, servicing, overhauling and testing of complete 33KV VCB panel board totally enclosed, fully interlocked, horizontal draw out type comprising of 04 nos 630Amps VCB's (01 incomers + 03 Outgoings) of Kirloskar make through OEM / Authorized dealer including calibration of all relays (O/C & E/F relay, Master trip relay, REF Relay, DC failure relay and Auxiliary relay) installed in each VCB panel, checking and measurement of IR values of breakers and busbars, contact resistance of breakers etc as per the manufacturers recommendations and submission of calibration/service reports etc., as required. Annual Inspection, servicing, overhauling and testing of complete 11KV VCB panel totally enclosed, fully interlocked, horizontal draw out type comprising of 3 nos 800Amps VCB's (01 incomer + 02 Outgoings) of Schneider make through OEM / Authorized dealer including calibration of all relays (O/C & E/F Numerical relay, Master trip relay, Trip circuit supervision Relay and Auxiliary relay) installed in each VCB panel, checking and measurement of IR values of breakers and busbars, contact resistance of breakers etc as per the manufacturers recommendations and submission of calibration/service reports etc., as required. Annual inspection, servicing, overhauling and testing of 630KVA/1000KVA, 33KV/11KV Onload Automatic Voltage Controller (Make : Andrew Yule & Company) comprising of Auto Step Up/Down Transformer, Controller unit & Buck/Boost Transformer including required service/repair, adjustment, setting, cleaning, replacement of defective wornout parts etc., through OEM / Authorized dealer / Specialized agency including submission of report etc complete as per OEM recommendations

Decorating the existing Approach road plants, trees and other areas of LGBI Airport by providing different colours of 'Gel rice' of 8-15 mtrs length during Independence day / Republic Day / Deepavali / other occassions as per the direction of AAI including all other related accessories like circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire from nearest supply point as required and maintaining the same by deploying suitable manpower, tools, tackles, ladders etc on round the clock etc complete as per actual site requirements for a period of 3-4 days, removing and taking back the same after completion of occassion period.

Decoration of canopy ceiling of Terminal building, RHQ building and trees by providing coloured LED PAR light RGBW 3W X 54LED during Independence day / Republic Day / Deepavali / other occassions as per the direction of AAI to achieve fixed tri-coloured pattern of different colours including all other related accessories like circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire from nearest supply point as required and maintaining the same by deploying suitable manpower, tools, tackles, ladders etc on round the clock etc complete as per actual site requirements for a period of 3-4 days, removing and taking back the same after completion of occassion period.

Decoration of canopy pillars, building facias, street light poles etc upto a maximum working height of 12 meters by providing LED strip light of different colours during Independence day / Republic Day / Deepavali / other occassions as per the direction of AAI including all other related accessories like circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire from nearest supply point as required and maintaining the same by deploying suitable manpower, tools, tackles, ladders etc on round the clock etc complete as per actual site requirements for a period of 3-4 days, removing and taking back the same after completion of occassion period.

Recording and making soft copy of lighting and decoration of all area with minimum of 3 minute video teaser with power point presentation (To be provided in CD / Pen drive) and 3 sets of atleast 20Nos of high resolution photographs of size 8'' X 6'' with album of 18'' X 12'' during the occassion of Independence day / Republic Day / Deepavali / other occassions as per the direction of AAI.

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2018 as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal and external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations in Substation, Terminal building, Car parking area, Approach & exit roads, MT workshop, Cargo Terminals and other ancillary buildings as per the special Terms and Condition in addition to General Terms and Condition of Contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs.6,00,000/- and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly after deducting GST component from the DSR-2018 rates.
