Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification SS 20B.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs rectangular beams Tee or L beams lintels, stair case beam etc. in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and BG10 gauge stiffended with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification in all floors. (for ground floor)

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete with standard specifications.

Rubberized Interlocking Paver block M40 grade providing and laying of 83 mm thick high strength type confirming IS 15658-2006 of Rubberized Interlocking Paver block in required size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm² in uniform shape of approved non sticking make to be laid In flooring bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base preparation of sub-base with sand cushion 100 mm thick laying out the pavement and the pieces to fit edge.
