M&L for cleaning and racking out sealing compound from the existing Expansion joint of any length, 25 mm to 30 mm wide and 25 mm deep by appropriate hand tools (Chisel & hammer (or) "L" hook including removing the existing sealing compound from the edges with knife or any other means such as chisel and hammer and grinding or other tools without damaging the edges and side of the joints and removing the loose particles using wire brush and hot compressed air and priming the sides and making the surface bitumen free as per manufacturers instructions, provision of 30 to 35 mm thick de-bonding strip at bottom of joints and sealed the joints with pitch free gray polyurethane sealent confirming to BS - 5215 (type- FB) minimum depth of sealent above de-bonding strip shall be 10-15mm) and applying masking tap on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting existing loose patches/spelled edges, widening of existing cracks of concrete pavement in true geometrical shapes to average depth of 20 mm to 25 mm using diamond cutters operated with gen sets, cleaning the surface dry and free from dust/dirt with air compressor in order to achieve proper bond between elastomeric concrete and cement concrete surface and applying polyurethane based elastomeric concrete over a coat of approved primer as per manufacturer's instructions including supply and fixing masking tape on pavement surface to prevent accidental spillage of elastomeric concrete and removing the masking tape and cleaning the area of application afte the application is over complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & dismantling Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) and demolition/ dismentaling matrial from distance exc 5.Km from excavated soil lacation as directed by Engr-in-Charge (i.e Out side AF Stn) or where low laying area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor finished .

Only grinding work for brooming places fully carefully and proper instruction followd by dispersal standard rule. Thus grinding places not totally smooth but some surface required as per users requirement complete all as specified by Engr-in-Cgarge.

Dismantling of wrough iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, drain cover support etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; adders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Scarifying/picking dense asphaltic concrete (DAC Gde-II) or bituminous macadam, depth exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm and removing the same to a distance 50 m and stacking complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premix dense asphaltic concrete (DAC Gde-II) with minimum marshal stability as 1400 kg . 40mm thick consolidated thickness each in two layers using PMB-40E Elastometric thermoplastic SBS based (IS 15462-2004) conforming to IRC -SB-53-2010 made out of polimers and bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.6 minumum binder content and min 2% cement filler mixed by weight of total mix as in wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.
