Random rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6 :12(1 Cement: 6 Coarse sand :12 graded stone agg.20 mm nominal size at plinth level with cement mortar) 1:6 (1 Cement :6 Coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 granded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) crushed.

Sundried brick masonarry laid in mud mortar include cost of brick complete job.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) cost of required centring, shuttering and complete. Crushed stone assure.1:3:6

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo / Fire wood.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutmen"ts, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, fmishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for door,windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked MS pressed Butt hings bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately all:complete second kail wood.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give shade.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
