Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excaveted earth away from site and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundatin and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, cost of materials, T&P, royality etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6)with 4cm size hard granite metal including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. (1:2:4) using 12 mm size chips with cost conveyance and . of all meterial etc. complete.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips including of all cost, conveyance etc all complete.

Providing & laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of grade M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, dressing & shape, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with line sand etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Brick work with Fly. bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost, conveyance, royality, T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16mm. Thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles ( VETRIFIED TILES )

Supplying, fitting & fixing of window (sliding type made up alminum section) 151-154,151-155, as windows frame section No.151-155, 151-153 nad 151-167 as shutter framw with 5mm thcik black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour T & P etc complete as per direction of Enginner -in charge.
