Supplying and fixing following ornamental Burma Teak wood entrance door as per the drawings and designs approved by the departmental officers. The size of the opening is 4.80m x 3.00m. The outer frame of the doors is 150mm x 125mm Teakwood. The main door shutter opening size is 3.00m x 2.40m. The each door shutter shall have 1/3rd paneled and 2/3rd glazed of 12mm thick plain toughened glass with ornamental designs. The door shutter outer frame of size 150x50mm. The door panels shall be of 50mm thick Teakwood planks with ornamental carving designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The lock rail shall be of 200x50mm thick teakwood frame. The top of the door at a height of 600mm finished with fixed glazing of approved pattern using 12mm thick toughened glass with M.S grill. The sides of doors shall be fixed glazing of size 900x2400mm finished with 12mm thick toughened designed glass. All the door frames and fixed glazing frames are made out of 150mm x 125mm teakwood of best quality.
The door frames and shutters shall given two coats of best approved quality Malamine finish. The rate inclusive of cost of approved quality Teakwood, 12mm thick designed toughened glass, Brass hinges, Brass tower bolts, Brass aldrop, Door stopper, Brass screws, etc.. The cost includes cost of Materials, Labour charges, conveyance charges, Fixing charges, Carving charges and Glass design charges, Electricity charges and all other incidental charges etc.. The single core door made of rigid WPC compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. For the aesthetic appearance, the door shall be a printed digitally on one side of the shutter and the design is as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the WPC frame with 3 Nos of 5” SS Hinges and the door shall have 2 towerbolt on one side and 1 towerbolt or aldrop on other side for locking system and 2 numbers of handle on the either side of the door shutter, all made of aluminium.
Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS.(Sliding door)
Suppling and fixing of UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Single leaf steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door.

A.Engine
Water cooled diesel engine suitable for generator application with a shaft out put of 155 BHP suitable at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions as per BSS 5414-ISO 10000. The engine shall comprise the following standard scope of supply:

Safety system of Engine:
The engines shall trip for the following conditions with Visual alarm device. 1) Low lubricating oil pressure. 2) High water temperature.
3) Vee - belt failure and over speed. 4) Low battery indication The Engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous running at full load.
B. ALTERNATOR
Alternator capacity of 125KVA, 100 KW AC 3phase, 50HZ, 415 Volts, 0.8P.F, 4 wire self exited, self regulated design to run at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions conforming to BS 5000/IS 13364 (part-II) 1992 to be coupled directly to the Diesel engine and test certificate.

The AMF control panel (cubical) should be fabricated with vermin proof and dust proof best quality sheet steel and floor mounted with removable rear panels and hinged front doors with enamel painted and incorporating the following with suitable provision for connection of incoming and outgoing leads having been made on the control panel.

4) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:
Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated of 16SWG CRCA MS sheet.
The silent canopy shall be nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC machine to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1mm powder coating done after seven tank surface preparation process of sheet metal.
Canopy panel and door shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT 64kg/m density mineral wool of 100mm thickness as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy.
The maximum permissble sound pressure level should be as per the norms prescribed by the Central Pollution Control Board / State Pollution Control Board/ Competent Authority concerened or should be with in 75 db(A) at 1 meter from the enclosure surface whichever is advantageous to the department.
The emergency stop should be available on the enclosure panel.
The enclosure provided shall be duly approved by the Engine Manufacturer of the Engine provided for Diesel Generator Sets mounted inside and should be to the satisfaction of inspection / testing authority concern.
SURFACE TREATMENT – PAINTING
The enclosure shall be suitably treated for degreasing, de-rusting and phosphating. The canopies are passed through seven-tank treatment thoroughly.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF CANOPIES
Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any.
WORLD CLASS COOLING PACKAGE:
Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can perform at 45 deg c/ ambient temperature. No grounding required on the ground, only a level surface capable of with standing the DG weight. Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set.
The Gen set frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading.
Temperature rise inside the canopy:
Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well with in 5-7 deg centigrade.
5) Base Frame
Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM.
The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. DG Set should be offered complete with exhaust piping, ie, silencer is mounted and connected by means of MS pipe through flexible pipe to the engine manifold. Entire exhaust piping inside the conopy (Cold Zone) is insulated by means of ceramic wool and aluminium gladded The supply of Gen set includes loading, unloading and transportation charges.
6) Fuel Tank
200 Ltrs. Removable Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet an outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance. First charging of fuel oil to full capacity and first charging of battery while handing over to dept.
