Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Heavy-Duty High-Pressure Washer conforming to minimum specifications of 220–240 V AC, single phase, 50 Hz, with motor capacity not less than 4 HP, 1440 RPM, heavy-duty bare plunger pump directly coupled with motor, having minimum discharge of 12 LPM, working pressure of 120–180 Bar and maximum pressure of 180 Bar, complete with 10 m long high-pressure hose, high-pressure spray gun with lance, foam lance/foam gun with bottle, quick-connect adaptors, interchangeable spray nozzles and all standard accessories, fittings and components required for complete installation and satisfactory operation.The motor shall be of a reputed make( Crompton Greaves, Kirloskar, Siemens or equivalent). The job also include supply and installation of necessary electrical protection and control devices, including suitably rated MCB and starter, and all necessary accessories. The job further includes transportation to site, installation, testing, commissioning of the complete unit, along with submission of the manufacturer’s test certificate, & warranty certificate .The complete unit shall be properly mounted on a suitable heavy-duty frame/base with adequate strength and stability, complete with all necessary mounting arrangements also shall be covered under a one-year comprehensive warranty from the date of successful commissioning.

Providing and laying of 2core × 10 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable of reputed make from the existing changeover switch to the MCB of the high-pressure washer and making necessary terminations at both ends, complete in all respects, so as to facilitate operation of the high-pressure washer through both the main electrical supply and the DG set via the existing changeover arrangement, as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipe (Medium) of 15 mm dia. nominal bore complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 1 meter from cutting edge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level including curing, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, and finishing 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
