M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with cement mortar (1:6) anf finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) to fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces in patches and in any position of ceiling surfaces and soffits of chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant cement primer on newly plastered surface including preparation of undecorated surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on newly pastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for three coat of white wash on newly pastered surface of ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 3 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing plant including roots by dismantling of brick work PCC/RCC including necessary saffolding any type in any location/position i.e. roof, parapet wall near pipes etc and applying acid after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good of disturbed portion using PCC (1:2:4) type B0 and 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) size of disturbed portion 150mmx150mmx200mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block ,Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
