1.) Construction of Girls Toilet at PUES School Vellalapatty H/o Vellalapatty

Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water whenever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with river sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and compacted including & conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted, etc., complete comply

Refilling in foundation and basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and compacted including & conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) using II class bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing, finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete. - Basement

Superstructure

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits of RCC works of plane surfaces mentioned below including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets stiffened with M.S angles

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1:1½:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC works excluding centering, shuttering, and reinforcement grill but including laying, ramming, curing etc., complete

Brick Jelly 40mm size for filling soak pit inner etc., complete complying with standared specification. including & conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Supplying and fixing of Indian type water closet including all charges etc.

Supplying and fixing of Europeon type water closet including all charges etc.

Supplying and fixing of Lipped Mouth Porcelain Flat Back Urinal with all accessories such as 32mm dia Bell Mouth PVC Connection, 15mm dia GM Wheel Value, 15mm dia 'B' Class GI Waste Water Pipe, 15mm dia Nylon Connection, 15mm dia Brass Nipple etc

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cem,ent mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:4 mix 20mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed tiles in cement mortar 1:2 mix (One cement and two sand) 10mm. Thick using best quality of glazed tiles of size 15cm x 15cm x 6mm. Including pointing with white cement using 0.40kg Per square metre including finishing the joints and pointing flush with tile surface etc., complete including plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and five sand ) 12mm. thick as base coat for the tiles including scaffolding, setting, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

Towards the cost of steel door of size 0.75mx 1.80 m including all charges etc.

Distembering two coats with best approved oil bound distember including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges

Painting two coats using Ist quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC accessories and TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light / fan point (for electronic regulator) SD 24
