4.5 Replacement of existing wire mesh on ventilators of GLRs, OHSRs, CWRs etc. with 16 mm dia MS vertical bars placed at 10 cms wherever required, having 16- gauge wire mesh with a inner base of expanded jali welded around with vertical bars

4.6 Taking out with care the M.S. iron ladder fixed at OHSR , repairing, welding etc and fixing back at reservoirs including all labour and material.

4.7 Replacement of existing copper float dia 300 mm and iron counter weight for water level indicator

4.8 Cleaning of PHED Campus (Includes Removal of garbage, Cleaning of light jungle and maintaining the area and disposal of all garbage outside Approved disposal place of Concern local bodies.

4.9 Providing, fabrication and fixing mainhole cover 600X600 size made of angles 50X50X6 mm frame,40X40X5 mm frame of cover, 6 mm thick MS sheet with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide With lock (minimum weight 50 Kg)

Guniting damaged R.C.C. slab, beams and columns for strengthebning with cement sand mortar 1:2 (1- Cement:2-sand) including preparing the surface, making 'V' shaped joints, cleaning the reinforcement bars with jet of potable water and drying with compressed air, including cost of centering and shuttering and finishing to match the existing surface etc. complete, including provided M.S. welded mesh to gauge 25 mm x 25 mm framing with average thickness of 25 mm.

Chopping loose and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand blasting, clening with a jet of water / air as necessary and getting it dried with compressed air including all scaffolding: Depth upto 25 mm.

Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 3 in following steps i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days
